We just moved here from TX, knowing I'd need a commuter car for work. And this was the first place…read moreI came and probably will be the only place I go! Criss the woman that sold me my new car, I'm telling you vibes were right off the bat. She was honest, transparent, funny, and truly made me feel like she had my back. Crystal from finance was phenomenal as well. Listened and even is helping me get some money back from a previous warranty. The GM Teudy (forgive my spelling) was courteous and felt like family! Overall definitely recommend. In and out in 2 hours.

Currently here for my first free service on my 25 Elantra Hybrid. Was told oil change and tire…read morerotation went great...only problem was they never actually rotated the tires! One of my tires had a red dot on it, as it was a new replacement after a flat. It was in the same position as when I drove in. Had an 11:00 am appointment and service took almost a full hour. Came out, signed their paperwork and saw the marked tire. Spoke with service manager Matt and he said they'd do it right away, sorry for my wait and that the tech (Colin Walsh) was an hourly employee and "would not be working there anymore starting Monday". I drove an hour to return to Flow, where I purchased the car in June, thinking perhaps loyalty would matter. I'm only 20 minutes from Modern Hyundai in Concord, so I'll be going there from now on, hoping they don't literally lie to the customer the way Flow did.

Buying a new vehicle can be scary. But from the moment George Guy Answered the phone I felt like I…read morecould trust him. He didn't BS about the numbers, financing, or anything else. And he stuck to his word about everything. He's a stand up guy and I recommend him to anyone buying a new vehicle. But the best part about this place is their customer and service department. George and Gordon are the men here hands down! My F250 was sold as is, but as I got home the AC wasn't blowing cold any more. I brought it back up the next morning and the repacked the air condenser for me - no charge - and gave me a loaner. The next day the check engine light came on and it needed a new Diesel Reductant puño. They also changed it out for free - and gave me a loaner truck. It's not too often you see people going above and beyond to help you- especially in the car industry. But Black Buick GMC has a reputation for that and I love them for it. I'll buy my next vehicles here for sure. Greta service. Fast. Trustworthy. It's work the drive down even if you live hours away. You won't regret and they'll bend over backwards to make sure you don't.

absolutely horrible experience. We went there Monday, August 31 to look at purchasing a new SUV…read more trading in our 2022 Buick SUV. No one greeted us when we finally got hold sales person. He was nonchalant non-participative not engaged and very unprofessional did take us for a ride in an SUV when we down to make an offer they did not work with us. We went there based on wonderful experience from the service department that we received a year before boy where we fooled. my advice is think twice before you go and purchase a car there I got a big mouth and I will let people know. Do not go to Black Buick, it is horrible ,sales people don't really care.

Randy Marion Ford in Statesville is hands-down quality. We have purchased a couple cars from them…read moreand they have been nothing but professional. In addition to working with our salesperson Keith, their service department is trustworthy. Rocco is top-notch! He made my most recent visit one of the best. Not only did he take care of me with great communication, he had a specific performance specialist, Jon, handle my Mustang for its first oil change. I highly recommend this team at Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or service one. Thank you, Randy Marion for having great guys like these on your team, making people like me feel appreciated and valued. I will be returning

If you are headed to this dealership, read this first. There is one practice here that I can only…read morecall deceptive, and it will cost you almost a thousand dollars you never saw coming. The car is listed online at one price. When I asked them to send me the numbers, I expected to see the vehicle price, taxes, and the doc fee. Instead, the very first worksheet they sent, before any discounts, already had a roughly $990 "Resistall" undercoating package built into it. I never asked for it. It appears nowhere in the price they advertise online. You only find out about it once you sit down to get the real financials. I asked to have it removed, and Ben Scott would not take it off, having it conveyed to me through my sales rep that it is some kind of mandatory practice. There is nothing mandatory about it. Forcing a $990 spray onto a 2021 with 7,000 miles that already carries a factory corrosion warranty, and refusing to remove it, is a deceptive practice, plain and simple. There is also a $999 "doc fee." This one is at least posted on the website listing, so credit for disclosing it, but it is still BS. North Carolina has no law requiring a dealer to charge a doc fee, so $999 is a number this dealership chose. For reference, the title and tag work on my deal, the actual government paperwork, was itemized at $113, and the real cost of processing the paperwork is under $50. Their $999 is also above the North Carolina state average of around $799. To be fair, they did discount the car. The worksheet shows $988 off which brings it to an even $20,000, and that is a perfectly reasonable price for a five year old Golf. I had no problem with the price. My problem is what they stack on top of it. A fair price should just be a fair price. Instead, once you are in, they pile on nearly two thousand dollars in fees you cannot decline, a doc fee you do not legally owe and a spray you never asked for. They offered $500 off which still means I would pay $1,500 in fluff. If you still buy here, negotiate the out the door total, not the sticker, and do not believe anyone who tells you the undercoating or the doc fee is required. Neither one is. Update: Ben Scott called me on his cell phone to berate me for this review. I asked him to point out the inaccuracies and he said they discounted it off. You see the worksheet I attached. $990 for a coating. Not sure what to tell him. Really pleasant experience from someone I hadn't previously spoken to.

Physical Damage & Sloppy Reassembly: While in their possession, they managed to dent my rear lift gate. While they did fix the dent, I later discovered a detached side panel while washing the car--clear evidence of rushed, careless work. Defective A/C & Predatory Tactics: When I finally got the car back, the A/C barely cooled the cabin. When I brought it back, the service manager tried to gaslight me, claiming the A/C was "fine." To top it all off, he told me that checking the Freon level would require emptying the system and that they would charge me for it. Reckless Fuel Abuse: I handed them the keys with the gas tank sitting at half full. When they finally returned the car, the range was down to a pathetic 6 miles--barely enough fuel left to scrape my way to the nearest gas station. Zero Accountability Without Threats: It wasn't until I explicitly informed the manager that I was calling Nissan Corporate to report the issue that he suddenly decided to do his job. Had leave the car again.

Extremely Disappointed -- Unresolved We Owe Agreement…read more I leased a vehicle on 6/29/2026 and I am extremely disappointed with how this dealership has handled a We Owe agreement on my brand-new Nissan Murano. The dealership agreed in writing to repair damage to my vehicle. I was advised numerous times that I had nothing to worry about and that this would be taken care of. I have done everything they asked, including taking the vehicle to multiple businesses for evaluation and obtaining estimates. The professionals determined that detailing would not correct the damage and that body/paint work is necessary. I submitted an estimate from Caliber Collision for approximately $1,429, and I have another independent estimate that is actually higher. After requiring me to obtain these estimates, the general manager, Kevin Smith, now tells me the $1,429 estimate was "not reasonable." Instead, they want to pick up my new vehicle and take it to a body shop of their choosing. The dealership does not have its own body shop and is almost 2 hours from my home. They also don't want to provide a rental vehicle while the repairs are made so that I can commute back and forth to work as a teaching assistant. I am not comfortable turning over my new vehicle under those circumstances, especially after I followed their instructions and selected a qualified local body shop that is ready to perform the repairs. What concerns me most is the process: I did everything I was asked to do, and when the estimates apparently came in higher than the dealership wanted to approve, the process changed. I have now opened a case with Nissan Consumer Affairs. Nissan has attempted to contact the dealership regarding this issue, and I have been advised that the dealership has not responded to Nissan!! I tried to contact the Flow Automotive Corporate office to escalate this matter, and cannot obtain a name or number of anyone there either. An associate promised to provide that, but I have not received that information either. This is no longer just about a $1,429 repair. It is about honoring a written commitment after the sale. I have been patient, cooperative, and ready to get the repairs completed. If this dealership resolves the We Owe appropriately, I will gladly update my review. Until then, based on my experience with how this has been handled after the sale, I cannot recommend this dealership. Buyer advice: If anything is promised when purchasing a vehicle here, get it in writing and keep every photo, estimate, text, and email.
