I had recently had floors done throughout the house and used another company. There was a transition area from a bedroom that had already been floored to the hallway. I was never completely happy with the transition and reached out to Siemer for help. Freddy got back to me almost immediately and set up a time to come out for an estimate. I had already purchased flooring, knowing that it was going to take multiple square feet to do what I was planning on doing. Freddy came out and took a look around. He explained to me that to do what I wanted to do would require redoing the whole bedroom, because the bedroom and hallway were installed at different times and did not completely match up. Freddy was able to fix my floor with flooring that I had left over. I was able to get a refund for the flooring I had just purchased and Freddy was in and out in about two hours the following day. I saved literally thousands of dollars with David, compared to the 6 other estimates I got from local plumbers, licensed and unlicensed. I found David to be extremely knowledgeable, polite, hardworking (he put in an over 12 hour day to get the job done) and helpful in answering all my questions. His quality of work has been top-notch. I am so happy that I found him and he was able to complete the job in a timely and cost-effective manner. I would hire him again any time I had any plumbing problems.
