This was my first visit to this 7000 Foot Storr It was highly recommended by my Podiatrist. Justin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable of the store selection and of the styles specific for my needs. He was very informative as well as really interesting in explaining some of the symptoms that I am currently experiencing with my foot and ankle. Literally, if i find a shoe that fits, I'll wear them for 10 years. Only because I can't find anything that fits properly. Justin found me a pair of shoes that not only feel comfortable but actually fit right. I'm actually looking forward to wearing them and walking without discomfort. I can't thank Justin enough. Not at all. Wore a shoe for 7 hours and Andrew the owner refuses to take the shoe back. Every actual shoe company allows you to wear the shoe, sometimes even outside, to ensure the shoe fits properly and works for you. Not 7000 Feet Running Company. Out 150$ because Andrew doesn't believe he should take the shoe back. The shoe was worn on carpet and looks brand new. read more

I was on a zero day during my Colorado Trail thru-hike last September. I wandered into this little running store with an impressive selection of trail shoes. Seriously, they are the trail shoes that REAL trail dorks love. Not the Nikes or the Sauconys but rather the amazing smaller brands like Inov-8 and Topo and Altra and Hoka and more. I'm a serious Inov-8 geek for at least a decade so Andrew and I totally nerded out talking about new Inov-8 shoes, old ones, and which new ones replace the old ones we loved so much. Andrew even has a collection of retired but beloved shoes in the front glass case: check it out for some great well-loved tread! Andrew was kind, excited, and knew a ton about shoes so I wouldn't hesitate to go out of my way to shop there again. Thanks for bringing a great store to an already neat little town. read more

First of all, Andrew is an amazing person. His gentle approach to us and to all the world is inspiring. His positive energy and enthusiasm matches his knowledge of footwear and running.
