Why not then connect it to the mall? Did that escape them? I mean I just cannot understand why they did what they did here. It is very odd. Then, to add insult to injury, walk into this place. Then take the slap to the face and turn around and walk out. Not only did they not connect to the mall, causing you to have to walk out of the mall, down the sidewalk and into this store, but they didn't even give your community a whole Kohl's. It is laughable. They really pulled the wool over your eyes here. I can't even say that this is a mini Kohl's. They literally kept everything single department inside this store, but only kept a quarter of that department in each section. Seriously limiting you and your choices. Save yourself the headache of coming here to this dying mall and go up the street to the plaza that has a TJ Maxx in it, at least that way you will be able to shop in a complete store with no hidden agenda of being part of a mall.

Their employees never asked for my birthday when setting up my profile, which meant I never received the birthday gift cards they advertise. When I contacted the store to correct it and asked for the past year's missed offer, the owner (Tom Michael) refused, even though the mistake was caused by their own staff. Instead of honoring the gift card I should have received, I was only offered a donation made "in my name" to a charity. While that may sound generous, it doesn't solve the original problem, and it left me feeling like the store wasn't willing to take responsibility for their own oversight. It was a very small request and could have been resolved easily with good customer service, but it wasn't. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend shopping here or trying to resolve any issues directly with the owner. There are plenty of other stores that value their customers and stand behind their promotions.

Me: "No thanks, just here to browse..." S: "OK what brings you to town? Business or visiting family?" Me: "Just on a quick trip thanks, we'll look over here" S: "What kind of business are you in?" Me: "Different things..." S: "So are you here for meetings?"... And so on--the guy literally followed us closely as we made our way from one end of the store to another. He stopped when I was looking at something, at which point another salesperson came up and asked the same salvo of questions Guy number one came back and started up again "so are you staying nearby?..." We were literally chased out of the store by its salespeople. Here's a better script for them: "Salesperson: Hi, my name is X, welcome to Larrimor's" Me: "No thanks, just here to browse..." "Salesperson: sounds good, just let me know if I can help you find anything" Hounding customers and charging more than the designers themselves is not a great way to do business these days, but I'm keeping four stars out of respect for a longtime Pittsburgh institution. He said I had worn it, which obviously I had? I would need to put it on to determine whether or not it fit & I was satisfied with it. 3.) Manager's discretion. He refused to elaborate. The suit, for all intents and purposes was in perfect condition. The manager was obstinate and condescending throughout the entire interaction, and tried to compare me returning a suit with a 90 day return policy to trying to return a car to a dealership. When I pointed out how flimsy that logic was and reiterated Men's Warehouse's return policy to him, he became really condescending and rude. I ended up driving an hour into Pittsburgh to return my suit at a different location, which they accepted, no questions asked. The manager at this location seriously needs to get off his pedestal and start treating people with an ounce of respect, and he's clearly projecting some issues onto people that are forced to interact with him. Last time I ever buy something at Men's Warehouse because of him.
