I cannot recommend the 700 Shop enough! We were in town unexpectedly for a funeral. My husband is a big guy and needed a suit very quickly. Josh has a wide range of sizes and was able to fit AND tailor a full suit in less than one day!! He also helped us out and tailored a shirt for my brother - that we didn't even buy there! I can't imagine that is their regular practice, but we were suffering a family loss, and he did us a huge favor out of pure kindness. Another beautiful benefit of supporting an independently owned store. We loved the suit so much that my husband wore it a few months later when he was a groomsman at a friend's wedding. We also bought him some great jeans and shirts and were blown away by the final price! It was so low! It felt great to support a small business, especially one with high quality, stylish clothing that is priced so reasonably. Now when we come to Indiana to visit, shopping for my husband is something we happily do!

Go anywhere else if you're looking to buy a suit. I went in to return an online purchase (suit)…read morewithin the 90 day return window stated on the confirmation email. The manager, whose name I didn't get (tall, blonde hair, blue eyes), refused it for three reasons: 1.) It was missing the tags. I had the confirmation email which he refused to look at. 2.) He said I had worn it, which obviously I had? I would need to put it on to determine whether or not it fit & I was satisfied with it. 3.) Manager's discretion. He refused to elaborate. The suit, for all intents and purposes was in perfect condition. The manager was obstinate and condescending throughout the entire interaction, and tried to compare me returning a suit with a 90 day return policy to trying to return a car to a dealership. When I pointed out how flimsy that logic was and reiterated Men's Warehouse's return policy to him, he became really condescending and rude. I ended up driving an hour into Pittsburgh to return my suit at a different location, which they accepted, no questions asked. The manager at this location seriously needs to get off his pedestal and start treating people with an ounce of respect, and he's clearly projecting some issues onto people that are forced to interact with him. Last time I ever buy something at Men's Warehouse because of him.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Berk's with you. My son is attending HOCO this year, and…read morewe needed to buy him a suit. I called Berk's this past Saturday, 9/13, at 9:30 am to inquire if we needed to schedule an appointment for a fitting. The store was closed, so I left a message asking for a return call. By 10:30 am, I still had not received a call, so I decided to call again. This time, I was informed that no appointment was necessary and we could just come in. When we arrived at the store, we were not acknowledged by any employees. My son and his girlfriend started looking around and found a jacket, and then we began browsing shirts and ties. Despite being in the store for approximately 15 minutes, not one employee offered to assist us. My son eventually suggested we leave and go somewhere else, which we did. Despite my hesitations due to their online reviews, we decided to go to Men's Warehouse. To my surprise, they were fantastic! We ended up purchasing a tux, shirt, tie, and shoes there. This experience has convinced me not to return to Berk's, even though I have bought numerous suits for my husband from your store in the past. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve customer service in the future.
