Forgot to take more photos of the ambiance - I was having too much fun! However, my hubby found X…read moreLanes via the Apple Maps search. This place was super nice inside of a plaza in Little Tokyo. It's located on the 3rd floor and there is parking in the structure which can be validated by the staff in X Lanes. I was very pleased with our time there - we made a 9 pm reservation and was able to add more time later. We ordered food - some hits some misses but everything was decent. Our party ordered mocktails and cocktails - the verdict on the drinks was half and half. I thought my mango mule was just okay. It was lacking the mango flavor. The staff were accommodating and the location was clean and fun! We will be back!

When we asked for an accommodation, the security guard was rude and told us that if my son wanted water, he could walk all the way to the entrance every time, despite the distance from the bowling area. Hoping to resolve the issue, I spoke with the manager, Luis Gonzalez, but unfortunately he was just as dismissive and uninformed about autism and disabilities. Rather than listening and showing compassion, he was rude and unwilling to understand my son's needs. Businesses that serve families should make an effort to educate their staff about disabilities and neurodiversity. With autism becoming more widely recognized, basic awareness, empathy, and reasonable accommodations should not be too much to ask. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and unsupported. I will also be reaching out to upper management, including Cynthia Torres, to make her aware of this situation and to see whether changes can be made. As an autism mom, it is my responsibility to advocate not only for my son but for other individuals with autism and disabilities as well. No family should have to experience being dismissed or treated without understanding when simply requesting reasonable accommodations. My hope is that this feedback leads to better education, awareness, and compassion from staff so that all guests feel welcomed and respected.

I've been coming to this bar for a few years and it's always a good time. Located on Western…read morebetween Pico and Venice, Harvard Yard bar is a dive bar with a 3 car parking area and street parking up and down the block. Residential parking is very rarely available. Javier, the owner is occasionally behind the bar or hanging out, ready to play pool with patrons or talk about the next event happening there. Everything from karaoke to open mic nights to various live music acts can be found here, usually for a minimal cover at the door. This is definitely not a place for any beer snobs as they have a dedicated tap list that hardly ever changes, but that's exactly what this neighborhood is looking for, something good, cheap and in a clean glass. The staff is always friendly and willing to play pool on slow nights too. What I love most about this place is its a bar. No one is coming in just to update their instagram or get the newest cocktail or been seen sitting next to a celebrity. It's just a cool spot for people who live in the area and just want a beer in a no frills place to just chill out. As far as food goes, there is a kitchen in the back and the owner has rented it out to various chefs from in and around the LA area to come and try their hand at finding something the fickle crowd might enjoy. This quarter, I believe it is a taqueria. Come by sometime and we can play pool, lover buys the drinks!!

Me and the owner, who also does the sound, had almost the exact same interests and favorite bands. It was like meeting a new best friend. In addition, you can usually find street parking, and all the meters are broken so you don't even have to pay. LOL! There is a lot there that is cheap, too if you need to pay. There is a downstairs with a bar and upstairs is the other bar with the stage. The owner is a drummer in a band, just like my son, and thanks to that they have an amazing house kit and the guy does excellent sound. It's a small, comfy space. Drinks were outstanding. The owner and bartender make some amazing cocktails. The crowd was great for a Metal Monday night. Can't wait to have my boy play here again! Definitely a place worth checking out in Downtown LA! And follow the booker on IG - Blasphemy Made LA, as they do a bunch of shows here. It's a good chance if you like metal or punk or hardcore that you will catch a great up and coming band.
