A WHOLE ASS SCAM! After having a few drinks throughout my night and seeing a show at WAMU, I ordered a Lyft originally and then this guy with 7 stars limousine asked if I needed a ride while I was outside in the pouring rain waiting. When I said I was going down to Puyallup he said he'd charge me $150 so I agreed. I check my bank statements this morning and when he took my phone to tap it on his to pay, he charged me once for $250 and then tapped again and charged $300. Of course I wasn't aware of what he was doing as again, I had a few drinks during my night. Taking advantage of a vulnerable WOMAN who just needed a safe ride home is disgusting and of course there is no way to reach this fake company. Now I have to order a new bank card bc I'm 100% getting my $500 back and he now dropped me off for free bc he thought he could be slick and grimey. Karma should be arriving shortly to that man and the rest of his loser boyfriends that also partake in this scam. read more

Beware of over charging!! My partner and a friend were returning from a Mariners game Aug 9. and got a cab back to Bell Harbor. The guy said it was $20. When I went to pay with my phone I was having trouble finding the sensor and he offered to take my phone and tap it on the sensor. When the payment notification came through on my phone he had changed the amount to $100 instead of the $20 he quoted. Too bad because it was a decent ride and the guy was nice. But that's NOT the part we'll remember. read more

Booked the limo ONE DAY before my birthday party with a few girlfriends. No issues. Solid price, solid everything. Ian, the sickest driver ever, showed up promptly and he was super cool with all of my guests. He quickly got us exactly where we needed to go. He was so quick that he was able to get us to our destination before my time limit was close to expiration, and I would have to pay extra. I recommend getting that driver if you can, he's awesome. They were both very time sensitive work trips and I had first time executives flying in from out of town for a meet and greet on one of the occasions- so promptness was KEY. The chauffeur picked me up from downtown Redmond area and greeted me with the upmost respect and kindness. I decided to choose 7 Stars Limousine for a friend's bachelor party. The company was very communicative before my reservation, and was happy to answer any questions I had. We reserved a 10 passenger stretch limo for 3 hours to take us around the city (as directed) The driver arrived at least 15 minutes early and made sure to call me when he arrived. Highly recommend 7 Stars Limousine! I worked with Ian throughout the entire process, and he was extremely helpful in setting up a surprise limo ride for my boyfriend's birthday! He picked my boyfriend up all the way out in Monroe, stopped at a friend's house in Northgate and then continued on to the party in Pike Place Market. The grand total was $230 for a one-way trip on a Saturday night including one stop to pick up friends, a bottle of champagne on ice, soda and water. The total also included tip and some of the odd gas/mileage charges that get added on with other companies. He was very upfront about what I was getting for the prices, accommodating to the one-way only plan, and very responsive to emails when I had additional questions & wanted confirmation. The initial and follow-up communication was quick and easy, the price was incredibly reasonable, and the car was clean and so much fun (they even included a complimentary bottle of champagne for us). Our driver was great, very kind and helpful, went above and beyond- when we got in the car we asked if there was any water available; there wasn't, but a few minutes later the car slowed to a stop and he had run in to a store to grab us water- so thoughtful! Our destination wasn't incredibly far from our initial pick-up, but we had rented the limo for 2 hours so our driver took us on a beautiful drive before heading to our hotel. This company is a 7 star company. Our driver Emil, was on time and professional. He got us to all our destination in a timely and save manor. We rented one of their limos for our son's wedding. After dropping us at the wedding in Seattle the bride had left her bouquet of flowers in the trunk. It took us a little time to discover this and the driver I'm sure was well on his way. I called 7 stars because I was taking 15 international high school students to downtown Seattle for shopping and dinner and the school vans would not fit in any downtown parking garages. Just to be clear - I called them with just over 2 hours notice! They were amazing! They had the fanciest 12 passenger van I have ever seen, plus a beautiful SUV to take us into town. They were on time and drivers were both so nice (they had to be to put up with 15 teenagers!).
