Why is this store always closed during business hours? I feel like half the time I come here there's a written sign on the door that says "Closed for 5 mins" (its never just 5 mins) or there's a written sign that says "Store Closed". read more

After reading Ching T's review of another 7-Eleven location's red velvet cupcakes, I had to try one myself! I found one lonely one in the refrigerated section, and paid my $2-ish dollars. Before I got in the car, I got myself a chick flick from RedBox dvd ($1 a day, or one day for FREE every 1st Monday of the month when you sign up on the website!) and some carne asada nachos from Taco Plus (in the same parking lot). Woohoo! Nachos and a red velvet cupcake while watching a chick flick on the couch! Can you tell bf's not home?! The red velvet cupcake was VERY fresh feeling - the icing was cream cheesy good and the light red cake was moist and red velvety! It wasn't Vanilla Bake Shop good, but for a quickie cupcake at the 7-Eleven, it gets my two thumbs up! I likely will never ever EVER get a hot dog or pizza at 7-Eleven, but I do believe I will be back for another red velvet cupcake! read more

I have been to many 7-Eleven locations. This one is the worst by a fair margin. I used to go there almost daily, but I'm done with them. To start, the employees are just the worst. When I make a purchase, I feel like I am annoying them and interrupting their day. Beyond that, the store is just filthy. The floor near the soda machines was so sticky I had trouble getting my shoes free. And finally, they have used the pandemic (I assume) as an excuse to jack up prices. You can check it for yourself. A cup of noodles that sells for 89 cents at the grocery store and $1.39 at any other 7-Eleven? It's $2.99 here. And they have jacked EVERYTHING they can (i.e., everything that doesn't come with a price-tag pre-applied by 7-Eleven corporate). I suggest you stay away from this godawful location. There's another 7-11 literally two blocks away, on the north side of Santa Monica, where the parking is much easier. Or one on Wilshire at Federal, about 1/2 mile away. read more

The man working tonight was extremely rude because the machine wouldn't read my cards. He proceeded to throw my card back at me and tell me to use the ATM. This guy is a real piece of work and sucks at being a human. The older gentleman in the morning is the only reason I visit this local 7-11. I never liked the vibe in this store and had stopped going there. Then, I had a winning lottery ticket with a $10. prize. It stayed in my purse for a few weeks. One day when I was close by the 7eleven, I decided to cash it in there. I bought 5 more tickets and asked for $5.00 back. A few days later, I discovered the $5.00 they gave me back was a really good fake. Check your change when you leave this store and good luck if there's a problem. read more

Then when I asked for the rest of my change, he grabbed some stack of pennies he had off to the side and tossed it to me. What the whole hell? IRS needs to check their books. Dear 7-Eleven on S Bundy Drive, I hate you. Perhaps, as another reviewer suggested, you are filled with awesome employees. But apparently none of them know how to drive, or have ever played the game 'Rush Hour.' You know the game, the one where you have to maneuver your little red car through an array of other cars, to a predetermined exit. I know you are not familiar with this game, because the drivers of your delivery truck seem to think it acceptable to park in a way that maximizes the number of people trapped in the parking lot. When given this information, the people unloading the truck seemed confused, but took no action to actually let these people out of their cars. So, thanks for picking the most inconvenient place possible to park your truck. I live around the corner from here so go to this, Taco's Plus, and Red Box on the reg. People that complain about the parking, guess what, this is LA. LOL. Welcome to the land of crazy drivers, ....just park nearby and walkup if you don't want to deal with the morons in the lot (not the 7-Eleven's fault). After living in Chicago and Culver City, I have seen many many 7-Elevans and I am pleased to announce this is one of the cleanest, well-stocked 7-Elevens I have been to. Always a nice variety and fully stocked of waters, red bulls, beer, ice, candy, soda chips and random supplies.. The cashiers are nice and quick too so you won't be standing in line long. I like it and works well when you want to pair it with a stop to tacos plus! Thanks! read more

Totally average 7-11, super-convenient for me... too convenient, actually. The people who work here, though, are really great. Nice folks, and very helpful. They'll even give me quarters on laundry day, while Smart & Final won't. However, remember to check the expiration dates on milk here as we've gotten a few rancid half-gallons when we were a little less observant. They also have a Citibank ATM (score!) which cannot print receipts - have used it plenty of times with no problems, in case you're hesitant on withdrawing from there. I never drive there, but agree with everyone else that the parking lot is a biatch. There are like 4 spaces facing the 7-Eleven and another 4 facing Taco Plus and they're too close together such that the corner ones can't be occupied at the same time unless if both vehicles are Smart Cars. You're better off parking in the lot on the other side of Blockbuster or on the street (there's street parking on Bundy from 7pm-7am and on Ohio). Oh, and this location has plenty of Incense. I wonder who supplies them with these, since everything else at 7-11 seems really standard (Coke, candy, canned soup) but if you go to the register you can get incense that smell like Michelle Obama, Paris Hilton, Egyptian Musk, and Black Love. read more

This was my first time visiting this store and i can safely say that I won't be going back anytime soon. One of the clerks couldn't even speak English and so he couldn't be helpful at all. They don't have peanut butter and their yogurts were all past their expiration date and they don't fill the shelves that go empty. read more

I will not be returning to this 7/11. Masks are needed when inside and they did not tell this guy to wear his mask. I asked him to and he attacked me. The clerks did nothing. He also followed me and yelled at me out the door. If you want Covid go there! read more

Really well lit and nice staff! This 7-11 has a microscopic parking lot which is shared by a few other businesses and shaped like a triangle. Challenging! ...but I was in the little Smart Car and zipped in and zipped out no problem. It wasn't bad to exit and still make the left on Bundy. It is right on the corner and there are two driveways - the one on Bundy and the one on Santa Monica. I was looking for a particular gum for my friend and the cashier actually proactively asked to help me ...4 Stars over the usual 3 for a 7-11 for the super nice folks that work there. read more

this is a pretty average 7-11, they always have hot dogs and 4/5 slurpies churning, which are both good things. The parking lot is a piece of hell but if you plan ahead you'll be ok. The reason i'm writing this review is because I was in there this morning getting a coffee and this construction worker was in there with a few buddies and ripped the loudest fart totally casually. It was hilarious. The funny thing is I was in this same 7-11 like 3 weeks ago with a female friend and she ripped a fart here too all casually. I walked away from her because she's this tiny girl and I knew i'd be suspected of it. the manager here is not a nice person. i bought a nokia 1600 cell phone from him a couple of days ago,and took it back to him the next day and the clerk gave me a refund. and i told the clerk i didnt want a refund,i wanted another cell phone that worked. so he calls the manager out of the back room and he starts helping me , so i tell him to test the phone and it dosnt receive any calls,so i tell him to try another phone to see if it works ,he trys it and it works. so i tell him great i want that phone. then he says no i no sell you nothing. and i said what? he starts mumbling that this is not the phone he sold me,and he wont sell me nothing. this is the phone you sold me i said,and he said i no sell you nothing get out!!! so i got mad and left. thank god they gave me my money back. or i might have got into a fight with him. one of the other clerks was nice but the manager sucks. i dont ever want to see him again. he does bad business. no more with his store. tryin to tell me i brought an old cell phone to return to him. total bs. he is not a nice person. dont bother with him. read more
