I enjoyed an amazing jamba smoothie last weekend at this location.. I specifically am writing this review for the outstanding customer service!! BRITTANY!! She is amazing. She went ABOVE and BEYOND with her customer service not only with me, but with every customer in there. She was so welcoming and although we had masks on she had the biggest smile on her face! Her positivity and energy is contagious and she deserves recognition from the company!! We need more people like Brittany in the world. This Jamba Juice across from the Beverly Center is one of my favorites. There's parking right in front of it. They're quick and efficient was courteous staff. The close to the hospital so if you ever are going to visit someone, take them a big Jamba Juice as a treat. Unless they're diabetic. This jamba is one of the best I've been to! Service was a bit slow which is the only reason I knocked off a star but the smoothie was great. The girl working poured my smoothie into the cup and it wasn't totally full. Instead of giving me a 3/4 full cup (which has happened to me on multiple occasions) she actually poured it back into the blender, added more ingredients, and gave me the full cup!! The cashier comes in front of the counter, while picking inside her mouth and cleaning the back of her braces. While I try to ignore it and just order, she stands there with a blank expression, no "hello" no "what would you like." Then she continues to clean inside her mouth with her fingers again while taking our order. When I confront the other staff as to how appalling this is and that people who handle food should not have fingers inside their mouth while taking orders, the other workers response was "I don't want to hear it." You stand and wait for 5 minutes as no one else is in the store, both employees look at you and continue to carry on with their conversation disregarding a customer standing and waiting for minutes. I have never in my life entered an establishment where every single person who works there absolutely hates their life and has so much attitude. Forget the lack of customer service, these employees don't even have basic human people skills. They have no problems yelling at customers for opening the door to check to see how many people are in there (there is a 5 person limit). They are so SLOW. They fill up drinks half way with the rest spilling all over the place. When I told the manager she literally yanked the drink out of my hand without saying a word and rolled her eyes. Also they are very unsanitary. They use the same RAG towels to clean the counter tops and wipe their hands with it and rub it all over your cup afterwards and hand it to you. Pretty decent Jamba Juice in the Beverly Connection outdoor shopping area. The employees were efficient. There wasn't a line when I went on a weekday. There is no seating inside and only a couple of tables outside, which is my biggest complaint. It's definitely a place to grab a smoothie if you want to carry it around while shopping, not a place to sit down and relax. I personally think Jamba Juice is a little overpriced when you can get more organic smoothies in the area for the same cost. That being said, the smoothie I got was delicious and was a good snack that filled me up until dinner. read more

Don't come here, the manager/scheduler needs to get their s*** together. I've tried to come 3 times in the past week and each time was told I'd have to wait 10-20 min to even order. They're constantly under staffed to the point where I have to wait that long when I'm only the 2nd other person in the store.. they're always working on "big orders"... it's just juice but like damn that's kinda crazy. The workers are clearly working hard and as fast as they can, but something about the operation of this specific location is just not working. Not sure if they need to hire more staff, or if they just get too many orders. In that case still don't come here just to give these workers a break for once. It's just juice. read more

If you are in need of a juice/smoothie especially a tasty smoothie on a hot day then you will enjoy this place. i used to be a bigger fan until reality kicked in as a kid a realized all the smoothies i enjoyed wasn't all fresh fruit. This Jamba juice is close by to all the shopping centers. Parking is sometimes good and sometimes you just have to wait to park. The staff are good at making the drinks, but at times you see them slacking off or playing around in the back. It takes a while to make a drink or it is super fast and out in a few minutes. I like coming here and getting my smoothies. I try something new most of the time, although a lot of the drinks have a lot of sugar. The cleanliness outside the cashier is clean, but in the back you can see spilled juice or dirty blenders waiting to be washed. The more the blender waits the harder the fruit or stickiness stays on so it can go to the next drink made in that blender. read more

I am not really that into smoothies and fruit drinks but this place has a good variety of drinks to choose from. I would buy from Jamba Juice from time to time if I want a smoothie. Beware though, I do not believe this is a healthy place as many of the menu items have high amount of sugar. It's a false sense of healthy eating. That's why the drinks taste so good.
