SMOOTH EXPERIENCE Hadn't been here since all of the dreadful reviews, but when they had an offer for $1 smoothies, I couldn't resist. No one was in line, and they had just finished preparing the specials on offer, so they handed me a small Strawberries Wild (normally $8.29) within moments of ordering it. Good thing because there is nowhere to sit in this tiny space. My smoothie was a classic, fruity blend of apple-strawberry juice, fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, frozen strawberries, and frozen bananas, and it hit the spot. Parking isn't the easiest, unless you park at CVS and go there, too. I'm wilder about my homemade smoothies, but if you're in a jam, Jamba is a good option! read more

The smoothies are never blended all the way through and the chunks of frozen fruit are kind of a buzzkill. The staff is efficient, however, and the location is convenient. Big fan of the açai bowls. read more

Make sure you don't go there in the morning. The girl behind the counter was sooo rude. I paid for extra scoops and when I asked her, she gave me an attitude and said I already put it.! Never met such a rude and annoying torta in my life I was a couple cents short and she stood there and gave me a face until I tapped my card as she happily added the extra scoop charges, which is fine, but her attitude stunk read more

WORSE JAMBA JUICE PLACE!!! The girl working today is extremely rude and she's hiding the information of her supervisor!! She did not wanna help me to bag my drinks I ordered three things and it spilled all over my car. She didn't seal the drinks enough so I am very very upset!! I don't understand why jamba would hire unprofessional and disrespectful woman! I tried to call and she hang up the phone twice and she even dared me to complain about her! I am calling back on Monday, making sure that I find Who the manager is on the store!! Greatly disappointed in the drink in this place is not good at all! read more

I enjoyed an amazing jamba smoothie last weekend at this location.. I specifically am writing this review for the outstanding customer service!! BRITTANY!! She is amazing. She went ABOVE and BEYOND with her customer service not only with me, but with every customer in there. She was so welcoming and although we had masks on she had the biggest smile on her face! Her positivity and energy is contagious and she deserves recognition from the company!! We need more people like Brittany in the world. Thanks again for the best service and delicious smoothie! read more

This Jamba Juice across from the Beverly Center is one of my favorites. There's parking right in front of it. They're quick and efficient was courteous staff. The close to the hospital so if you ever are going to visit someone, take them a big Jamba Juice as a treat. Unless they're diabetic. LOL It's a pleasure to walk in here and smell the citrus and aroma of juices. It's beautiful to see the fruit they're getting ready to cut. Enjoy! read more

Jamba - Creating my Jamba Juice experience - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This jamba is one of the best I've been to! Service was a bit slow which is the only reason I knocked off a star but the smoothie was great. The girl working poured my smoothie into the cup and it wasn't totally full. Instead of giving me a 3/4 full cup (which has happened to me on multiple occasions) she actually poured it back into the blender, added more ingredients, and gave me the full cup!! Didn't even have to ask, it was great. Also - as a vegan, I love the new plant based section of the menu!! read more

I've never had such worse service at a Jamba Juice. The first time I went to this location my mobile order wasn't even ready. When I got there 10 min after the ready time! Today I mobile ordered my smoothie and when I got there I went to the pick up counter and said hey I have a pick up for Steven and the girl ignored me. When she came back I said excuse me I have a pick up order for Steven. She annoyingly points to the freezer. Then I simply said all you had to do was Acknowledge me. The she comes over with highly annoyed body language and gives me my order. Mind you she hasn't said not 1 word to me through this whole "Experiance" My best friend even said he wouldn't come back here bc of the shitty service. NEVER again will I be coming back here and I will he writing to the GM as well read more

What a joke! Pulled up at 8:04p and they had locked the doors despite the sign on the door stating they close at 9p. Not only does the door read 9p but when you call to confirm hours of operation the recording also states 9p (I called prior to driving down to the location). The crew inside saw me, turned their heads and shut the lights off smh. Rude! Will not be returning to this establishment read more

STAYYYYY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE AN EXTRA BOOST OF SALIVA WITH YOUR JAMBA!!! This was the most disgusting experience I have ever had. The cashier comes in front of the counter, while picking inside her mouth and cleaning the back of her braces. While I try to ignore it and just order, she stands there with a blank expression, no "hello" no "what would you like." Then she continues to clean inside her mouth with her fingers again while taking our order. When I confront the other staff as to how appalling this is and that people who handle food should not have fingers inside their mouth while taking orders, the other workers response was "I don't want to hear it." I am a board certified public health nurse and never in my life have I had such horrific experience with customer service or with people handling food and beverages. read more

Location at the Beverly center is terrible. Very poor customer service! You stand and wait for 5 minutes as no one else is in the store, both employees look at you and continue to carry on with their conversation disregarding a customer standing and waiting for minutes. They then proceeded to get my order wrong. Very poor rating at this location. read more

I have never in my life entered an establishment where every single person who works there absolutely hates their life and has so much attitude. Forget the lack of customer service, these employees don't even have basic human people skills. They have no problems yelling at customers for opening the door to check to see how many people are in there (there is a 5 person limit). They are so SLOW. They fill up drinks half way with the rest spilling all over the place. When I told the manager she literally yanked the drink out of my hand without saying a word and rolled her eyes. Also they are very unsanitary. They use the same RAG towels to clean the counter tops and wipe their hands with it and rub it all over your cup afterwards and hand it to you. Dirty, dirty, dirty. read more

Pretty decent Jamba Juice in the Beverly Connection outdoor shopping area. The employees were efficient. There wasn't a line when I went on a weekday. There is no seating inside and only a couple of tables outside, which is my biggest complaint. It's definitely a place to grab a smoothie if you want to carry it around while shopping, not a place to sit down and relax. I personally think Jamba Juice is a little overpriced when you can get more organic smoothies in the area for the same cost. That being said, the smoothie I got was delicious and was a good snack that filled me up until dinner. read more

Don't come here, the manager/scheduler needs to get their s*** together. I've tried to come 3 times in the past week and each time was told I'd have to wait 10-20 min to even order. They're constantly under staffed to the point where I have to wait that long when I'm only the 2nd other person in the store.. they're always working on "big orders"... it's just juice but like damn that's kinda crazy. The workers are clearly working hard and as fast as they can, but something about the operation of this specific location is just not working. Not sure if they need to hire more staff, or if they just get too many orders. In that case still don't come here just to give these workers a break for once. It's just juice. read more

Oh dear.. I found a broken and rusted piece of the blender's lock in my smoothie. I love Jamba Juice, but are you serious??? I understand that this might have been an accident but how could they have not caught it when filling in the cup? I still have the piece and I will be paying them a nice visit to return it since they must've been looking for it. read more

If you are in need of a juice/smoothie especially a tasty smoothie on a hot day then you will enjoy this place. i used to be a bigger fan until reality kicked in as a kid a realized all the smoothies i enjoyed wasn't all fresh fruit. I came here early in the morning with my son. He had a little boo-boo on his head and was very frustrated. My first thought was to get some ice for him at Jamba Juice. Christina and Daysi were so accommodating to us! They gave us ice to calm that bump down. We also got some OJ And snacks while we were here. I never knew how sweet the freshly-squeezed OJ was! Shoutout again to Christina and Daysi for their customer service! I'll be back again!!! read more

This Jamba juice is close by to all the shopping centers. Parking is sometimes good and sometimes you just have to wait to park. The staff are good at making the drinks, but at times you see them slacking off or playing around in the back. It takes a while to make a drink or it is super fast and out in a few minutes. I like coming here and getting my smoothies. I try something new most of the time, although a lot of the drinks have a lot of sugar. The cleanliness outside the cashier is clean, but in the back you can see spilled juice or dirty blenders waiting to be washed. The more the blender waits the harder the fruit or stickiness stays on so it can go to the next drink made in that blender. read more

I am not really that into smoothies and fruit drinks but this place has a good variety of drinks to choose from. I would buy from Jamba Juice from time to time if I want a smoothie. Beware though, I do not believe this is a healthy place as many of the menu items have high amount of sugar. It's a false sense of healthy eating. That's why the drinks taste so good. I would recommend this place for those who are poached and are passing though. For me I wouldn't drive out of my way to buy it, although they do have free parking so that is really nice. read more

Gotta love a team that's able to perform under pressure. It was a long line, you could see a whole lot of orders building up, it's an extremely hot day, and this team here was more than accommodating. I had an issue with my drink and not only did they remake it for me during all of that, but it is the best one I've ever had. Parking here is always a little nuts, but the smoothies always make up for it. It's so much easier to just go get my whey and banana/pb smoothie here than it is to even attempt to get to a store to get the ingredients right now. My juices/smoothies taste the best here and they don't mind explaining or suggesting certain things when asked. I started coming here pretty regularly after morning workouts during the week, before I go to work. It's hard to find healthy breakfast places that are open before 8am. Well, scratch that plan. This location just started "winter hours", opening at 8am instead of 7am and therefore lost a customer :( I found this out after seeing the "open" sign above the door was on, but when I got near the door, an employee pointed to a small, printed sign with the new hours. Turn off your sign so people don't bother parking and walking to the store. read more

Friendly staff workers but with 4 people working, you'd think service would be a bit more efficient. Took forever to get my Great Greens drink. We were told their wheat grass machine was "broken" - it's like going to Starbucks and they tell me their coffee machine is broken. I'm a huge fan of the Jamba Juice corporation and their mission but this particular location is definitely not what I'm used to. :( read more
