I have been going to spadina & college location for 20 years + I work right there ... staff are very friendly.. the only Grievance I have would be the place needs a new floor .. it looks like it will collapse, in spots .. the tiling is long overdue .. bubbles worn down look.. read more

Well, these convenience stores are still part of the landscape though it seems their numbers are more plentiful in Toronto than in the GTA compared to other brands. Growing up, it was the signature SLURPEE that drew my friends and I to this place. The frozen carbonated beverage trademarked at 7-Eleven "guaranteed a brain freeze" when consumed quickly! You can usually find most convenience store items when in a pinch: coffee, bread, milk, pop, canned goods, hot & frozen foods, cigarettes, lotto, things for your vehicle (...washer fluid, motor oil, anti-freeze, etc.), etc. Staff were friendly and courteous. Don't forget that you can sign up for the 7-Eleven rewards program on your purchases. Prices are pegged to your convenience so it's higher because you're in a bind and need something now! Buy a SLURPEE and it won't bother your frozen brain. Just saying! read more

HOLY GOD ON EARTH AND SWEET JESUS THIS PLACE IS LIKE A GROWN MAN'S FANTASY COME TO LIFE. I strolled into this bright corner shop late in the evening to load up on my early morning Gatorades, a man's gotta hop on the 'gator and stay hydrated AMIRITE? the first thing that enticed me about this lavish boutique were the incredibly bright neon lights flashing out onto the street. I love a good eye strain, and I hate the darkness. How can I even differentiate between the blue gator and the yellow if it's too dim???? That could lead to a DISASTROUS mistake when my morning hydration routine turns into a surprise yellow nightmare. The fellow juice-head boys will know what I'm talkin' about here, amirite fellas? So anyways, got into this sweet shop and I was blown AWAY by the variety of trinkets and food items and also friendly fellow shoppers. Big muffins, small oranges, yellow drinks, lighters, seed bags, owl feather jewellery, small pouches of powder. So I decided to pour myself a hot cuppa joe and settle in to get to know this place. The coffee was SO HOT I felt a sharp pain in my throat tube as the black bubbles slid down my neck hole. DANG THAT'S GOOD STUFF!!!! I then perused the selection of meats and cheeses and decided to dine on a plate of nachos followed by a crispy muffin pulled off a very high shelf. It was hard for me to reach because I am not that tall. But I did get it in the end. I would have liked help, but the workers did seem quite busy. The gentleman manning the snack counter chatted pleasantries with me about his time in the Russian army working as a drug mule, and we really bonded. I visit him often. He has quite a wealth of human experience. I also purchased a delightful silver bracelet for my darling wife, and a selection of keychains for my infant sons. No keys yet, but one day they'll have houses of their own you know!!!! Can't wait to kick those little scrappers out. I never wanted to leave, but the cold light of morning was creeping in and I needed to begin my morning hydration routine in private. You fellow muscle men will understand the need for privacy at a time like this!!!! Can't wait to go back and see what other treats this gorgeous little tienda has to offer me. read more

I have been going to this 7-Eleven for many years. It is a full sized/full service 7-eleven with DIY coffee station, pre-made sandwiches, and a hot counter. The staff are friendly at any time of day. I have never had a negative experience with staff members at this 7-Eleven and I often go in at night when there are a ton of drunks and sketchy sketchbags in there. The tellers never lose their composure even when surrounded by killers, junkies, flunkies, drunks, thugs/goons, robbers, and expelled homeless shelter residents. That is not a doorman, it's a homeless person. Often while entering the store you must hold your breath and watch out for the puddle on the step. I recommend using gloves to open the door, even if it's the middle of summer. My only dissatisfaction with this location is the fact that quite often there are no pizzas available in the hours leading up until dawn. They should stagger the cooking of the pizzas so there is always atleast one available at all times. Other than that the store is really tidy and maintained. Customer service is above average at this location. I have been going to this location for years and the people who work here are competent and also really nice. read more

Cheap! Which is a good thing. I bought cheese from here once, I opened it, it was so moldy that I felt I should have been wearing a has-mat suit. I'd stay away from anything that could be deemed "natural food" here. So cheese, sandwiches, hot dogs etc (except maybe the milk). Everything else like junkfood, ...and I guess magazines are on my safe list to buy from here. Also, it's very conveniently located to other unhealthy restaurants so you can pick up all necessary late night scoffing materials for studying, while burning as few calories getting it as possible. The staff is friendly and approachable. And it has awesome hours for everyone that doesn't work there ( I'm pretty sure this store doesn't close at all.) read more

the best 7-11 in Toronto, always open, always great service, and always clean. the prices displayed are not always the prices when you get up to the cash...usually they have a sale of some sort going on with the drinks that are not always advertised. which makes this the best of the best. read more

If using Debit card, they charge you twice even when the payment goes through. Be warned.

I, Pincus J. Winner am a loyal subject to the 711 franchise. However, despite my loyal service, I was shamefully wronged. When I buy a 16.35'' Toblerone bar, I expect a 16.35" Toblerone bar. However, I was greeted with 2 7.5" Toblerone bars. This was not satisfying to Pincus J. Winner. I will be back, but this was a minor inconvenience I felt like sharing. (Also, their tacquitos are splendiferous). read more

The store at #4105 4th street N.W is the worst 7/11 Ive ever been in. Coffee carafes have floaty gross things in them! Coffee NEVER fresh. Low stock. Just crappy all around. Wish they would get a decent manager!!!!! read more
