I had a backlog of coupons to use at Circle K. After my snacks pickup, I did a search and found this one close by. It is fairly close to the Tim Horton's that I had frequented the last time I was in the area. I had no problem finding this Circle K, which is attached to an Esso station. This store has the most parking spots in front of the store that I have ever seen. It must have roughly eight to ten spots. The downside is that this store is super busy that cars coming and going can be a bit stressful. I managed to back into a spot steps away from the entrance. I had coupons for a Polar Pop, and Bang and Joker drinks. I had no problem finding these items in the store. I got my first Polar Pop. The coupon said a 30-ounce drink. The cups don't have ounces on it. The sizes available are small, medium, and large. Instead, I looked at the coupon picture and matched it with the size. I got a large. Sadly, the cup is styrofoam. Ugh! I got a lid. There weren't any straws. Interesting. I saw cream soda and that's what I got. I love cream soda so much. This store has the best Bang flavours that I have ever seen. I got the delish strawberry kiss. It doesn't have any sugar, so that fact made me happy. It also has an incredible selection of Joker flavours. I wanted to try flavours that I had never had, but they had way too much sugar. I stuck with my usual sugar-free ones. There was quite the lineup to pay for items. The line moved fairly fast. I got a woman-man duo at the counter. The woman gave me a straw. I guess that they hand out hermetically sealed ones to folks who buy fountain drinks. The man scanned all three coupons off my phone without a hitch. I had my PC Optimum barcode scanned. I then paid with a debit card. Done! I thanked them both and left. The large Polar Pop was huge. It thankfully fit in my car's cup holder. I loved my cream soda. I wish that the place didn't use styrofoam, though. I believe that the medium is a plastic cup. How odd! I need to add more ice next time. I felt that my drink wasn't cold enough. My drinks were yummy. The strawberry Bang is so good. I want another one or many. I look forward to returning here. They have everything a normal Circle K has, but they have a few extra things: Bitcoin kiosk, ATM, vehicle oil products, for marijuana (bongs, pipes, grinders). They sell lottery tickets. They just received new Froster and Polar Pop machines, but they were defective on arrival, so new ones have been ordered. There is no WiFi. The store is wheelchair accessible. Now that they have moved upstairs on the 2/F, and updated the name to Ding Dong Exotic Sweet, I still visit from time to time to find my favourite treats! I love how bright, clean and spacious it is inside. Staff is always ready to help. A little recent turn off was staff working there was coughing while restocking, and wasn't wearing a mask. I backed my car into an available spot and walked in. You see a Tim Hortons on the left when you walk in. It was doing steady business at around 8 pm. The Froster selection was decent. I was able to choose from eight flavours. I ultimately got a small orange Crush Lite and Mountain Dew Spark Froster. The Polar Pop machine also had an impressive assortment of flavours. It's a good store for beverages, including bottled and canned ones. I also got a package of peanuts. Free items make me happy. I had a nice man at the counter who helped me scan my coupons. Done! There is one spot to the left of the store for a driver with an accessibility permit. On the right are two garage doors. Two cars were parked in front of each door. There are parking spots across from the gas station by the car wash. I backed into a spot and walked over. The Timmy's is a part of the store, next to the Circle K cashout area. Timmy's was pretty busy with customers. I had no problem finding beverages. I got two bottles of Diet Pepsi and a berry Gatorade Zero. I waited in line. There was a woman leaving Timmy's who was pleasant. She was carrying a lot of goodies. I asked if she needed help getting out of the store. She was fine and thanked me for offering to help. On the contrary, I opened the door for a young Chinese female going into the store who did not say thank you. I said, "You're welcome." Our eyes met. I figured out that her brother was the kid twirling around in the Timmy's line. It runs in the family. Ugh. Our eyes met again when they both left the store after me. I let her know that she had poor manners. I also stared her down when she was in the backseat of her mom's car leaving the gas station. Fun in Richmond Hill! Quite the contrast. I'm not your personal door person. I was carrying drinks and still managed to open the door for you. I was being nice. I didn't have to be kind to you. The LEAST you could do is say thanks.
