I know that when I go out to eat likely I'm spending a minimum of $100. One of the meals we ordered was steak and eggs so I definitely knew we were spending over $100. However. Charging $.20 for cream for coffee is such a stupid business decision. That stuff gets you one star reviews, and makes old people really mad. Work it into the price of the coffee. The girl asked me what kind of toast I wanted, pumpernickel, some sort of grain bread or I can't remember what the third one was. Why are you charging me for toast? It's supposed to come with my food. Was the pumpernickel toast more money? Why didn't you say that? Why do I have to scour the menu for all these little hidden charges? It's stupid you need to fix that. Overall, I think the place is good, but it certainly needs some tweaking the people running around the dining room with the exception of the girl who is our waitress with the braids just looks lost. Some people got an explanation of the menu. Some people didn't some people look like they come there 100 times a month. And I'm sure there's a reason for that. The food wasn't bad but for a first time it was also my last time cause I don't mind spending $100 on food and sitting down to eat, but it needs to be better then just good and it missed the mark. But for the love of god get rid of those stupid small middle tables they're not even big enough for 2 people. I do wish you nothing but success though. Change the tables and retrain doom face and I'll make it 5 stars.

Although they have a seating area, the chairs are starting to show wear. I just can't recommend drinking coffee here because the prices are really high, and the coffee quality does not warrant it. You can also just go across the parking lot to McDonald's and get a cup of coffee for much less money.

We called my phone over 30 times, and no one picked up or made any attempt to return it to its owner. I then called the shop directly, and I was told that they did not have my phone. I tracked it using another device, and the location was clearly showing that it was inside the bagel shop. My husband went back inside and asked about it, and once again they said they didn't have it. Only after he showed them the location tracking and explained that the phone was definitely there, a guy from the back finally came out with my phone. What is most upsetting is that there were very few customers in the shop and the workers were not busy, yet after more than 30 calls, no one answered the phone or seemed to make any effort to return it. We were also told twice that they didn't have it, even though the location clearly showed otherwise. A bagel shop shouldn't be judged only by the quality of its bagels. Customer service, honesty, and how you treat your customers are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression and completely ruined my opinion of this place. I expected much better and will not be returning.
