Well, I discovered 1 of the 2 was correct at this place called Pike Café and it wasn't the usage of my card. It made me take a mini detour to go back to look correctly at the sign they had at the side of their location - it said that they serve Starbucks. On the morning I visited one weekend, they had fruit, chips, bagels, pastries, parfait, fruit cup, juices, soda and water. Their menu is also limited, but they do serve Coffee, Teas, Frappuccino, Hot Chocolate or Smoothie (they only have 1 type of those 2) and Expresso. They will toast the bagel for you and give you a mini container of cream cheese (regular or strawberry) for your spread and it's nothing fancy (just a small version of what you would get at a grocery store). I got a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, had it toasted and got the Strawberry cream cheese. I also go the Hot Chocolate, which was just that (no special flavor). Both held me over. Now when paid and got my receipt, I noticed it said Starbucks on it (I never asked why even though their sign says Pike Café). The employee was very helpful and pleasant. They have very limited hours - Weekdays (6am to 1pm) and Weekends (7am to 12pm), more than enough tables and chairs and also outside seating (about 2 tables with umbrellas that seats about 4 each). The chairs on the inside sink a bit when you sit in them (I sat on 3 different styles and discovered this). Overall it is about convenience as it is located in the Hilton Hotel between their front desk lobby and the restaurant Olive's also a part of the hotel. It is good that they have this option because when I think about it, there is a 7-11 across the street from the hotel.

There was only one person working at the front counter. He finished preparing the ice cream in just a few seconds, which immediately made us question whether all of the ingredients had been added. My sister politely asked if everything was included, and he simply replied, "Yes." When she looked at the ice cream and took a bite, it was obvious that several ingredients were missing, especially the brownies, which are one of the signature ingredients in the Founder's Favorite. We politely brought it to his attention, but instead of listening or checking, he seemed annoyed that we even asked. His responses were short, dismissive, and it felt like he just wanted us to leave. My sister then asked if he could add a little hot fudge. He said it would cost an additional $2.00, and I told him that was perfectly fine. However, he added what was barely a drop of hot fudge. When my sister asked if that was all, he replied, "Yes. That's it." His attitude throughout the interaction was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. When I asked if I could speak with the owner or manager, he responded, "I am the owner." Based on his behavior, it was very difficult to believe he was the owner. He acted more like someone who simply didn't care about the customers or the business. He started walking away and we couldn't believe his attitude. We didn't mind paying extra--we simply wanted the product we ordered and to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. After driving 30 minutes to visit this location, this was not the experience we expected.
