This was reported to management who told her it was an "uncomfortable" situation. He would do an investigation in two days when the store manager returned. Are you kidding me?? A female is followed by YOUR employee and we are now two days later and the new response from Publix is we have reported it to HR. If you are concerned about your safety or the safety of your family DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have been shopping at Publix for most of my adult life and never would I think a customer's safety was not important until now. Wow.

I can't say enough about the Publix Pharmacy staff at this location. I took a prescription to CVS…read moreonly to be told it wasn't covered by my insurance. The Rx was going to cost nearly $80.00. I took the same script to Publix pharmacy and was over the top impressed with their customer service. The tech and the pharmacist did some research and discovered the PA who wrote the prescription made an error in the dosage. They took the initiative to call the clinic and have a new correct Rx sent to them. The final cost to me was $15.00. The net is I'm finished with CVS!.

However I'm extremely concerned with the other side of the coin. The deli floor looks like it's falling apart from what I can see and the kitchen is so small compared to other locations, there's no place to comfortably stand or sit to wait for your order unless you go back outside to wait in your car in which you risk missing your order and what's the point of having items on the menu if you don't even serve them anymore.
