The store is clean and well cut like I said it just seems smaller and like in a weird order I can't explain. I do prefer the Santa Rosa one it's just busier and further away. I come here a lot to get pizzas for parties and for my daughter's school celebrations. The pizzas can't be beat for the price. Everyone in the food court is always nice and helpful only one time my pizzas weren't ready on time but it seemed like they were having some sort of difficulty that day in general all the other times have been a great experience.

I won't use a debit or credit card in any pump, so I buy a couple of ARCO PP cards when i buy groceries at the supermarket. Inside, you can pay with cash, credit or debit. I don't buy anything but gas here so I cannot speak to the food and beverage selections, freshness, etc. Staff are quiet but pleasant when interacting with them. Facility and store are adequately maintained.

So when I asked them politely to explain the charge on my transaction and explained to him that I used my personal cup per the other employee in the stores recommendation, and asked if there was a way to refund the charge. The manager grew hostile and aggressive towards me. This situation may have been racially charged, which is disappointing. I know that racial tension is high right now due to politics, but how I was treated as a regular consumer was utterly disappointing.
