This 7/11 closes just cause they feel like it from 1:30 am - 4am.. it's bs. They are NOT 24/7 so don't expect it. They literally jus sit inside on their phones from 1:30am -4 and if you call they will tell you they are open. Me and my friend bought a donut in the store, we went to our car and realized there is mold inside of it, we talked to the owner of the store and asked him to replace it. He told us to buy a new one and we disagreed, the cashier put his hand on the handle of the pocket knife and started to scream at us. I went in there to buy swishers ... I show one of the employees my I.D.. he tells me to take it out of my wallet and i did get a bit annoyed because I found it inconvenient but I took it out anyways he scans it and then proceeds to tells me to pull my mask down...I don't find it funny or even safe to ask somebody to pull down their mask just "so you can identify the person" especially during COVID-19 I don't even think that is a policy. Came here every morning for a year, had no issues, then I bought headphones that didn't work, and the manager who I bought it from would not give me my money back. This 7-Eleven The closest one to my house so I come here often. I tried to come after that morning high school kids flood the place. But that's OK. It is a franchise so as far as the goods go it's pretty much the same as any other 7-Eleven that you would go to. I like this one because the staff is always courteous. The parking lot however: nightmare. It's tight and trucks often block you in or out. Be prepared for bad drivers. But once you get your coffee all is well again. See you there!!! read more

I have been coming to this 7 eleven for years and I haven't had a bad experience yet . they are always stocked with products and the service is good here . The cashier Paul always greets everyone in the morning and is full of energy ,very good guy and dedicated to his job . The only reason this place gets my four stars is ecause there is too much loitering outside and I dont like to come in to a store and begged for money three times before I get in the store. Overall I will keep coming here but i dont see an end to the lotering. read more

Its like cheers, where everyone knows your name. Well when they don't really know your name, but it happens when you go there twice a day, five days a week since it opened up a few months ago. You get those perks where you forget your money and they say just pay it the next day. It used to be a really crappy liquor store, but now its bright and cheery, with plenty of fresh coffee always brewing and ice cold slurpees. The absolute WORST! I went in for a drink and had to use the restroom. Usually 7-11's are ok with letting customers use the restrooms, at least the ones in Burbank, NoHo, Weho and Hollywood. Well I walk into the bathroom and an employee or possibly the manager, idk, kicked down the door like I had just robbed a bank or something, cornered me to the back of the tiny restroom and yelled at me "WHAT ARE YOU DOING, GET OUT." I get that maybe this location doesn't let customers use the restroom but there was 100% a better way to approach this situation. I was so shook that I ended up just leaving. Homeless problem is true. But it is not their problem. Their problem is they dont have restroom. (?! ). I didnt ask for public restroom. I only asked if they have one, and was going to ask if I can use it. It probably is their policy not to allow public resroom. I understand. And I understand if they say so or whatever. But they dont have to say they really dont have restroom. Maybe the clerk meant to say they dont have one for customer. Or maybe I kind of looked homeless. so, now homeless around there is problem for me that I couldnt use restroom. Is it why homeless problem is true? But homeless is not their problem. Confused. .
