I have tried with this place but they have the lowest standards you have ever seen. Half the pumps are broken on any given day of the year. You have people fighting in the parking lot on a regular basis. They hire people who are literally drugged out of their mind, having conversations with the ceiling while turning self check out isles off so that you must wait in line 10-20 minutes or longer if your patient enough to do so I guess, just to then navigate a conversation you do not understand and which makes you feel uncomfortable. Go anywhere other than this location. Anywhere. 711 ... circle K.... QT has become the chic-fi-lay of gas stations with their service or ..... just go to a different RaceTrac but seriously...... This place gives those serious vibes in life that scream: something bad could happen to you here. Just go somewhere else for your own needs and safety.

She was warming up food and I was being patient even though I was in a rush and could've been in and out, but I let her do her thing. I stood at the register and another person came in. She immediately left what she was doing and WENT OVER TO HIM. I don't think I became invisible within that moment so I looked confused and before I could even speak she says "Mam this is my register, thanks" like that made a difference! You blatantly skipped over me after I WAITED and didn't once say "step over to the other register " (which was 3 steps over) she just acted like I didn't belong. Rude, horrible customer service and I'll never buy from here again. I'll drive across town first.

My mom and dad each bought a circle K drink subscription for this place. If you don't know what…read morethat is, you pay $5.99 a month for it, and you get the choice of a froster, coffee, or soft drink every day a month, any size. Well, while it has worked at every other circle K, the jerk cashier here already made my parents pay for their coffees about 2-4 times, and says the subscription basically doesn't exist for them. Now that they tried actually trying to use their subscription without having to pay what they shouldn't have to because that is the reason why they got the subscriptions, he is refusing them service. He already made them pay extra money that they actually shouldn't have, so needless to say, we are never going here again. Would rate negative 100 stars if possible.
