The owner immediately responded, addressed my concerns, and even offered me a gift card as compensation. I thought that was incredibly generous, and I truly appreciated how seriously he took my feedback. Today, I had a busy meeting at work, so I sent my coworker to this location to pick up some muffins for us. He was warmly welcomed and helped by two wonderful female employees. He brought back a dozen muffins, and I finally got to try one myself--the chocolate chip muffin was absolutely delicious! And when I say these muffins are HUGE, I mean HUGE! This location is AMAZING.
