There was nobody else in line, yet neither employee said hello, welcomed me, or asked how they could help. It was extremely awkward and unprofessional to be forced to listen to an employee yelling about her personal problems throughout the restaurant. One employee eventually prepared the order--apparently assuming I was the Uber driver--but still didn't speak to me. She simply placed it on the counter without saying it was ready. I had to ask whether it was for my customer, and she responded with a dismissive "yup," as though I were bothering her. Then, as I walked out, she sarcastically yelled, "Have a nice day." Basic acknowledgment and manners shouldn't be too much to expect. Whether someone is a paying customer or a delivery driver, they should still be treated with courtesy and respect. This location seriously needs to address its customer service and professionalism.
