What has happened to 7-11. They just aren't maintaining them. Would drive further for another store vs them.

I agree, sure is the best! -Pistachio Raspberry Croissant- not overly sweet or greasy. Perfect sweetness of pistachio and raspberry. Loved it! -Almond Croissant- crisp, golden brown crust atop with creamy slices of almond in every bite. Yum! -Spinach Feta- golden buttery crust with flavorful silky egg custard. Melts in your mouth. My Hazelnut Latte was a perfect combo of their concoction with 25% less sweet. I had a large and carried my cup with me as I toured Dallas with my lovely sisters to enjoy the local Asian scrumptious. It felt like a true neighborhood spot--warm, familiar, and thoughtful. But this year, not even a "Happy Mother's Day" in sight. It may seem small, but it speaks volumes about the shift in atmosphere since the new ownership. Service feels more distant now, less like a community hub and more transactional. The new owner is courteous, but the inviting energy is gone. The food is still good, but I deeply miss the quiche--crafted with love and skill by the previous pastry chef. It was a standout and irreplaceable. Bread is made more often now, which is nice in theory, but consistency has slipped. My last loaf was disappointingly hard around the edges. This isn't a harsh critique--it's hopeful. I'd love to see some of the old heart and hospitality return. It made all the difference.
