This location hands down has phenomenal customer service! I did use the drive through. The person who greeted me was Allen. His attitude was so bright and happy. I wanted to get a few ladies at the school I subbed at smoothies to brighten up there day. But, instead I was greeted with energy and genuineness that brightened my day. Unbelievably my daughter went through on Thursday evening and got a smoothie. As she was drinking it a very hard chunk was sucked through the straw. She thought it was strange and pulled it out of her mouth. It was a broken piece of glass. Needless to say she didn't drink the rest of it. I told her to take it back but she was too far down the road and she said it was all kids working there anyway. I tried to call them and they don't answer. I had a really disappointing experience at this Main Street location. I went in to get a smoothie for a friend who is undergoing chemo and needed something gentle and specific. Instead of being helpful or understanding, the customer service was awful, rude, dismissive, and completely unaccommodating. A little empathy and basic kindness would have gone a long way. I was at smoothie King October 21 in the evening. There was several cars in the drive-through waiting so I decided to park and go in and they're messing around and eating their own smoothie bowls I believe there was at least five people working could've gotten the drive-through taken care of, but they chose to ignore. They're not polite. They don't greet people. They're rude. You need to get rid of all of them took 15 minutes to make my 20 oz needs to be some type of management overseeing these young kids that are working because they're mainly talking and laughing and eating their own smoothie bowls rather than attending to customer service very unprofessional oh and not to mention the guy that was working, had spilled all the smoothie on the counter and was cleaning that up and they were just laughing. read more

I go to this smoothie king all the time and more times than I can count I have to get my smoothie remade or I get charged for a 32 oz when I ordered a 20 oz but today I had to get my smoothie remade THREE times just for it to still not taste right..I'm a former smoothie king employee so I know they can reprint the ticket which I asked them to do instead she had another person make it...and it was made wrong..this was after I asked her to reprint the ticket and she said yes...I ordered the smoothie on the app because when I ordered in the drive thru and asked them to repeat the order I had to repeat THAT 3 times as well..I literally had to leave the drive thru line to go clock into work which is what led me to just order it on the app but that didn't work because they didn't even make the smoothie until I walked in..what's the point in ordering on the app if I still have to wait for it to be made that makes no sense at all especially since I waited 15 minutes before going back and there was no line or wait at that point..then what's the point in calling corporate or the store manager if nobody seems to care these days..spending all this money on people who willingly apply to these jobs and half ass.... read more

I recently had a bad experience where there was a delay in receiving my drink. I gave the feedback online to make them aware so that another customer would not be late to work or experience the same. Extremely Disappointed by the way Jasmine from the management team handles the issue. She was defensive and did not take accountability over the issue. Not only was their no apology but she basically said my feedback was not true! At the end of the day, the facts remain..... I ordered at 6:30am, drove to the store and waited outside for another 10mins, finally came in to see why the delay, and no staff in sight! It was 6:52 when she finally came out from the back and pulled the drink from behind the counter! I have been visiting the store for years, doing the same routine and my drink has always been placed in the pick up rack, therefore eliminating any delay for me! Jasmine said it's a courtesy that they put it there and that there was no delay because the drink was made....... Should I have gone behind the counter to get it? If it is not accessible than it's not ready! Period. A simple apology and acknowledgement that she did cause the delay would have been the professional way to handle it! I get the fact that you have things you do in the back but it should not compromise your customer service especially one that visits frequently and promotes your drinks to the fitness community! Had an awful Incident at this location. This happened about a year ago. I drove to this location to order my occasional pineapple surf. I thought everything was great until I noticed a different taste in the drink. As I drove off while having a conversation on the phone, I was so curious as to why the flavor has changed and because we were in the times of Covid I thought maybe I was tripping. Fast forward to getting home and my heart rate goes from 85 to 126 to 148. Later found out that Someone at this location put extra caffeine in this drink when my body is very sensitive to this stuff. Not sure if management changed but terrible customer service. Went through drive thru. Got to the window and they didn't put our order in. We had to wait. Pulled up and waited forever. Guy finally came out and the smoothies were liquid like soup. Didn't say thanks for waiting. Just handed the drinks to me and walked off. I'm pretty patient but this is a regular occurrence at this location (Main and Dallas Pkwy). There's no excuse for surly service and bad product. We won't be going there anymore. Usually people don't like protein drinks however don't judge this one before you buy it! If you don't like the protein drink and you're basic. Then try their Angel Food. The service here is good but the Smoothies are just OK. I have a love-hate relationship with Smoothie King. There are no Jamba Juices within a 10 mile radius so I will pop in here from time to time. The Smoothies have a very particular taste to them that is very bitter and can be unappealing. With Jamba I usually order 2-3 Smoothies and take them home to finish later or the next day. If you don't finish the Smoothie King smoothie within an hour the smoothie begins to separate and you are left with a water mix on the bottom and a frothy mix of fruit on the top. I usually throw it in a blender with Apple Juice but its not enough. If anything visiting Smoothie King has made me buy my own fruits and start making my own Smoothies daily. When in a pinch though if there is nowhere else to go I will go to Smoothie King. If there is a Jamba next to a SK though, I would goto Jamba without missing a beat. Again, the service here is great. The staff is young and its great to see young adults and teenagers working hard and providing great service. Kudos to those kids for getting out there and working and doing a good job at that. read more
