Visited on Sunday, 07/24/22. Just like any typical 7-Eleven stores, nothing too fancy. This specific location is near the freeway, gas station, Jack in the Box, and car wash. Of note, I was taking pictures inside (particularly the ready-to-eat, warm meals) and the cashier saw me and stated "maam, why are you taking pictures?" super loud and everyone heard (there was a huge line). I just stated that I was taking a picture of the menu then she said ok. This review is based on multiple incidents over time, not a one-time bad experience. I'm writing this because I'm genuinely tired of the ongoing disrespect and lack of accountability at this location -- especially from the older gentleman who works the night shift. Although this store is listed online as open 24 hours, it regularly shuts down or turns customers away around 11:50 p.m. On one visit at approximately 11:50 p.m., the night-shift cashier didn't speak to me at all -- he shooed me away with his hand, basically telling me to "go away" like I wasn't even worth a sentence. It was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable in a customer-facing job. On a different day, I asked about the coffee machine, which had already been down. Another employee told me it would be ready in about 10 minutes. Immediately after, the older cashier whispered something to him and then contradicted him in a curt, irritated tone, saying they didn't know when it would be ready. This kind of unprofessional behavior has happened more than once, and beverage machines being out of service for days at a time only adds to the frustration. There are also serious safety concerns at the entrance. People are frequently allowed to stand directly outside the doors smoking, aggressively asking customers for money, yelling, and leaving trash everywhere. I have personally seen customers -- including families -- leave without getting out of their cars because they felt unsafe. The night-shift employee does nothing to address this, which makes the store feel poorly managed and unwelcoming. Additional incidents include the same employee refusing a basic cashback transaction that other staff routinely process, while being rude and dismissive about it. My boyfriend experienced the same treatment on a separate visit. This is clearly a pattern, not an isolated issue. At this point, corporate or district management needs to review this location, particularly the night shift. The misleading hours, lack of supervision, and ongoing safety concerns raise serious questions about oversight. To other customers: skip this location and go to another 7-Eleven. No one should have to deal with repeated disrespect, frustration, or feeling unsafe just to grab coffee or basic items. Selling food food after hours I went into three 7-Eleven about 1130 p.m. 1145 p.m and 12 a.m. And none of the 7-Elevens would cook me a pizza or heat me up some food. This place just tried to charged me $2.75 for a super big gulp. They are $1.69 with tax every where I go. This is the second time they've done this I'm in shock when I told the cashier they are $1.69 he dropped it to $2.19. I've been going to this 7-Eleven for about ten years. Today I grabbed about seven dollars in merch and went to the counter. When I went to grab a banana, I accidentally hit the plexiglass. I needed to refresh a bit, having traveled from Ventura County, and this looked good. The restroom needed a key, and they left they at one of the cash registers but I only learned about that when I got to the restroom door and went back. I should have asked when I first entered. I got a Super Big Gulp and a bag of store brand potato chips. Thankfully, I paid cash, since some of the reviews point to either skimmers being used at the pump or a problem with their systems. I stopped at the 7-Eleven while I was in Pomona because I was thirsty and needed a quick drink while I was on the road. The cashier inside was extremely friendly and pointed me in the right direction of some additional items I was looking for while I was there. I also realized it was an attached gas station that the 7-Eleven on. Just my luck because I was running low on gas also so I decided to pull into the gas stall. I was able to get gas and food and additional items from the attached convenient store. I enjoyed what the 7-Eleven had to offer so much that on my return trip I stopped by again to pick up a couple of more items simply because I knew they had them and I knew how much they would cost to me. I take road trips along this route often and now I know where I'll be making my stops for Goodys when I head out. read more

Not entirely sure why this place has so many negative ratings. I come in often and the man who works behind the counter weekend mornings is one of the nicest people I've met. Super kind and helpful and one time I was walking up and down to see if they had something I was craving and I was kind of upset that they didn't, and I guess it showed on my face because he walked up to me and asked "what is it that we don't have that you want?" Went in today to get some beer. All the other ones were closed down in S. Pomona. Went in got my beer, wearing my mask and gloves. Went to the cashier counter, noticed the cashier was not wearing a mask. After my transaction, I asked her if she was required to wear a mask, she said, im not from around here. WTF does that mean? Just a hour ago I went there there is a sign on the chips say 2 for 5 . Then I went to the cashier he no more special no 2 for 5 . Avoid this place at all cost. They charged my card twice for 54.12 and they said they did not charge me twice and said come back in 48hours. I came back 2 days later and showed them my online banking statement but said they needed a paper copy. Never will i go back to this location. They don't have any prices posted for the iced coffee so you'd assume the large was $1.99 like all the other locations, the price is actually $2.49!
