Why do I even bother coming here? The young lady that works most weekdays is so rude and unfriendly. You don't ever get a hi when you enter the store, or when you pay at the register. I'm telling you, that girl is rude. Today, I went in to get a soda, I said "oh your soda machine is out of Diet Coke?" She said "ya, guess so." RUDE! So to start off with this awful gas station they never once, in a year and a half, have ever filled the receipt machine, you always have to go inside, the next major problem was the gas station attendant Tamika was well aware that the pumps were not working and did not inform me, let alone the 30 minutes I spent going from pump to pump to move my vehicle to cancel the card to not even get a receipt after I prepaid $75 of gas a couple times there was people pulling up and I guess had the same issue and I asked her to come outside and see, she would not she was not helpful and did not put out of order signs on the pumps, even after I informed them that the pumps weren't working. And one of the machines literally had the whole cover ripped off of it. And I want to clarify that this is the gas station on Holt and white in Pomona I tried researching the address and the picture wasn't clear! read more

I usually stop in to use this gas station and car wash. This morning was one of those days unfortunately, chose to pay $10 for The works (most expensive wash) and usually I am pleased and my car looks great. Today, the dryer was not working on the left side and my car came out still wet, as if it was raining. Went to let the clerk, Evelyn, know and shhe offered me some wipes. No refund and I had to ask for for more blue wipes(note: it is not sold here). I'd highly recommend not wasting your money here and going up the street to the hand wash or on foothill to Chevron's spotless car wash. read more

I received a fraud alert email and my info was used for an $85 purchase at a shell in Fontana and a $75 purchase at another shell in Fontana also all in the same day. I would give zero stars if it was possible. I try to support local business but time and time again the pumps are out of order, the receipts don't print or the property is overrun with vagrants. Dishonest pricing. Slow service. Untrained employees. I waited a long time in line to prepay to get the cash price. I filled up and went back inside to get the change and receipt. More waiting. The employee couldn't print the receipt. I returned to the pump, only to realize I wound up paying the credit price, even though I paid cash. No receipt to prove it. Worst customer service! Worst security! I've been this station a few times, today was the second time I tried using the Car Wash and it was out of service again. When I went inside to ask to have the wash turned on the lady said she already knew it was out of service; however, noone bothered to post a sign at the pumps letting customers know... when I asked for a refund she said "all sales are final" and only offered a coupon for a future wash. I've had this same issue here before with the wash and no signs were posted then either. Seems a little shady to me, but that's my opinion. This lady was rude and very uninterested in helping me so I walked out with my coupon. Here's another problem I had at this same station last week.... When I finished pumping I noticed a red sticker or seal over the credit card reader that asked customers to report to the cashier if it was tampered with... well this sticker had clearly been tampered with and when I reported it to the cashier, a man this time, simply said "these stickers are getting old and just fall off" and assured me the pump was ok and had not been tampered with..... Nice!!!!! Well, with the crappy customer service, crappy equipment and their crappy security measures I don't believe I will be using the station again. read more

Not only was the store very clean and organized but I had to use the restroom, and to my pleasant surprise it was immaculate. Do not come to this shell they have no customer service skills they are extremely rude specially Carmen I purchased the car wash from them it did not work and she didn't want to give me a refund first of all and she gave me another code but didn't even bother to go outside to assist me with the car wash that's ridiculous. She called me a bitch. I'm seriously never going back to this gas station they seriously have an issue I can't believe they have people like her working with customers. Worst customer service ever. The red headed girl STOLE from me as I handed her money (counted it right before entering to pay) and she didn't repeat it back. So I go to fill up and it comes up SHORT of what I paid and I go back in there and she has the nerve to tell me I didn't give her the right money. I'm not stupid, I know what I counted I literally came from my job from a restaurant and used my tips to pay, that's my hard earned money. She proceeded to be rude and told me it's impossible because she's actually "short" on her bank meaning she's not even counting correctly from the start with other customers.
