Its okay, your typical gas station. Usually i dont write reviews but this one was necessary. the young girl who works there was sweet but my problem was with an individual named Michael i believe, he was rude and claimed something was wrong with my card even though i havent used it yet. Then when i stated it wasnt my card because i havent even used it, he gave me attitude in return. i witness him being rude and snappy to his younger coworker as well, i dont appreciate the rude customer service provided by him read more

Very rude rude rude worker. People should find another gas station if they have the chance to

Allegedly does not take gift cards. It's a shell gas station. I don't know if the store if different from the actual gas station, but you should be able to use a shell gift card where shell gas is being pumped. read more

Why do I even bother coming here? The young lady that works most weekdays is so rude and unfriendly. You don't ever get a hi when you enter the store, or when you pay at the register. I'm telling you, that girl is rude. Today, I went in to get a soda, I said "oh your soda machine is out of Diet Coke?" She said "ya, guess so." RUDE! Anyway, I will still buy gas here because I get my Ralph's points, but I will not be going to the store. I can't deal with that girl. If you hate your job so much...LEAVE! read more

So to start off with this awful gas station they never once, in a year and a half, have ever filled the receipt machine, you always have to go inside, the next major problem was the gas station attendant Tamika was well aware that the pumps were not working and did not inform me, let alone the 30 minutes I spent going from pump to pump to move my vehicle to cancel the card to not even get a receipt after I prepaid $75 of gas a couple times there was people pulling up and I guess had the same issue and I asked her to come outside and see, she would not she was not helpful and did not put out of order signs on the pumps, even after I informed them that the pumps weren't working. And one of the machines literally had the whole cover ripped off of it. And I want to clarify that this is the gas station on Holt and white in Pomona I tried researching the address and the picture wasn't clear! read more

I usually stop in to use this gas station and car wash. This morning was one of those days unfortunately, chose to pay $10 for The works (most expensive wash) and usually I am pleased and my car looks great. Today, the dryer was not working on the left side and my car came out still wet, as if it was raining. Went to let the clerk, Evelyn, know and shhe offered me some wipes. No refund and I had to ask for for more blue wipes(note: it is not sold here). I'd highly recommend not wasting your money here and going up the street to the hand wash or on foothill to Chevron's spotless car wash. read more

Such a disappointing experience feel like you're getting totally ripped off by the evening employees at this Shell gas station paid for my gas in cash only to be charged the credit card price that is clearly advertised at a higher rate and when I brought it to the attendant Reynaldo attention he said they were the same price then why are they marked differently in the front don't stop here Gas is high enough to be getting ripped off by the clerks at the desk read more

BEWARE OF CARD FRAUD HERE. I fueled up here this morning. I received a fraud alert email and my info was used for an $85 purchase at a shell in Fontana and a $75 purchase at another shell in Fontana also all in the same day. My bank is investigating but since Iv never had this issue the preponderance of the evidence shows that my card was compromised here. read more

Car wash took my money and employee did not help at all. He actually said we were lying even though we said to look at the cameras. Didn't get a car wash or money back. read more

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I try to support local business but time and time again the pumps are out of order, the receipts don't print or the property is overrun with vagrants. On top of everything, the staff is unprofessional and rude. I will never support this business again and I recommend that you avoid this business completely. read more

Dishonest pricing. Slow service. Untrained employees. I waited a long time in line to prepay to get the cash price. I filled up and went back inside to get the change and receipt. More waiting. The employee couldn't print the receipt. I returned to the pump, only to realize I wound up paying the credit price, even though I paid cash. No receipt to prove it. The place also has a lot of shady people hanging around. Most frustrating fill up in a long time. Not going back here. read more

Everytime I've come to this gas station there's always a note in the window saying theyll be back on break. I wouldn't mind if it was only ten min they were gone but I've waited and there gone a lot longer read more

Worst customer service! Worst security! I've been this station a few times, today was the second time I tried using the Car Wash and it was out of service again. When I went inside to ask to have the wash turned on the lady said she already knew it was out of service; however, noone bothered to post a sign at the pumps letting customers know... when I asked for a refund she said "all sales are final" and only offered a coupon for a future wash. I've had this same issue here before with the wash and no signs were posted then either. Seems a little shady to me, but that's my opinion. This lady was rude and very uninterested in helping me so I walked out with my coupon. Here's another problem I had at this same station last week.... When I finished pumping I noticed a red sticker or seal over the credit card reader that asked customers to report to the cashier if it was tampered with... well this sticker had clearly been tampered with and when I reported it to the cashier, a man this time, simply said "these stickers are getting old and just fall off" and assured me the pump was ok and had not been tampered with..... Nice!!!!! Well, with the crappy customer service, crappy equipment and their crappy security measures I don't believe I will be using the station again. read more

I want to give a public congratulations to Miguel who works at this Shell station in Pomona. Not only is he a very professional and courteous young man, but he is obviously conscientious also. Not only was the store very clean and organized but I had to use the restroom, and to my pleasant surprise it was immaculate. Very clean and I really like that A very good jump start for the commute home. Thank you Miguel, good job! read more

Do not come to this shell they have no customer service skills they are extremely rude specially Carmen I purchased the car wash from them it did not work and she didn't want to give me a refund first of all and she gave me another code but didn't even bother to go outside to assist me with the car wash that's ridiculous. She called me a bitch. I'm seriously never going back to this gas station they seriously have an issue I can't believe they have people like her working with customers. The gas pumps are all we deal with tagging all over it and the store is filthy and the employees look like they haven't showered for days. read more

The pumps here will accept your Ralphs rewards cards, but wont give u any discount despite stating that you qualify, beware

Worst customer service ever. The red headed girl STOLE from me as I handed her money (counted it right before entering to pay) and she didn't repeat it back. So I go to fill up and it comes up SHORT of what I paid and I go back in there and she has the nerve to tell me I didn't give her the right money. I'm not stupid, I know what I counted I literally came from my job from a restaurant and used my tips to pay, that's my hard earned money. She proceeded to be rude and told me it's impossible because she's actually "short" on her bank meaning she's not even counting correctly from the start with other customers. She's terrible oh and she said she's the "manager"????? What a pathetic employee with no morals. read more
