I was driving to the city of Redland from West LA, so it was a welcome break. This gas station is located between the freeway and a small road. A tall mountain sits across the street from this place, which made for some dramatic scenery. I parked at the pump, and asked to use the restroom. The cashier told me I needed to buy something, so I bought a small bottle of water. I went around back with the key, and entered a well-maintained restroom. It smelled like they sprayed cologne in there. Nice! When I came back to the cashier to return the key, I decided to buy a Mazapan (a type of Mexican treat). The cashier was a pretty cool guy, and I very much appreciate this place for providing me with what I needed. I cannot speak for the gas prices, as I did not pay attention to them nor did I fill up here. But everything else was fine.

The best part is that this is a touchless car wash, which is perfect if you have a Tesla or a car with sensitive cameras or sensors no brushes to risk any damage. The wash itself was really fast. When I arrived, there was no line, and I was inside in no time. They offer several options: the least expensive is $8.99, then $10.99, $12.99, and the top wash is $15.99. They also have a monthly pass option for any tier, so you can get unlimited washes for a monthly fee. I usually wash my car once a week, and I was really satisfied with the result here. I can't say it's drastically better or worse than others, but I love that they have a monthly option. If you wash your car about three times a month, it pays for itself. Overall, I'm really happy with this car wash, and I'll definitely use it again.

I need to improve LOL. Anyway, I was in the Pomona area. Funny, I was heading towards the Shell gas station, but as I turned my head to the right, I saw Chevron so I drove right into the lot instead of driving to Shell that happens to be right across the street. Sometimes it's nice to be on the right side. Gas station was clean. I normally don't walk in to pay as I prefer to pay at the pump. It was a quick visit with pump, pay, and go. I don't pay too much attention on the prices especially when I need gas quick. It was in the $4+ range which is average nowadays. It's all good. I did not have any interaction with any staff members. Btw, I didn't find this Chevron on Yelp for me to check-in, but I did find Extra Mile which is linked to it, hence, I checked into Extra Mile instead. Thank you Extra Mile and Chevron!
