Didn't get a chance to ask about that type of coffee and why not stick to all local, don't get me wrong I love California! TIP: If you order a pastry or anything needing to be warmed, budget extra time. Took 3-4 min for coffee, and around 15-20 min for a pastry. If you're planning on chilling, it's no problem, but if you're in a hurry, ide skip the warmed pastry. We got the biscuit with house made blueberry jam and sausage. Every element tastes homemade. Which idk, maybe that's what it's supposed to look like, but oh my goodness I couldn't even taste the extra shot of espresso I ordered. Literally straight hersheys syrup. So I poured half of it out, added some almond milk and it's still pretty concentrated. It was a disappointing visit and so much so that we didn't come after planning for Tres Gatos to be our coffee / breakfast spot for the three days in SLC area.
