The place is drive-thru only, but they have tables where you can hang out and enjoy your food and drinks. I went on a weekday during dinner time and there was no line so it was quick and convenient. I had the Matcha Latte with oat milk, which was amazing! It was also gluten free, dairy free, and soy free, which is a big plus for me. Just note that there is no restroom available. I would definitely come back if I'm in Merrick, Long Island.

Then to satisfy my sweet tooth, I got a caramel pecan bar. Everything was really great & I would definitely come back again.

Really cute interior with plenty of seating. We came on a Friday night so there was live music which was a nice touch. The menu ranges from lattes, to boozy lattes, to mocktails, to cocktails, to regular coffee. I tried the PB&J boozy latte and it was very good. I tried a sip of the butterscotch one and that was way too sweet for me. I also had a cocktail towards the end of the evening and that was delicious. For food we wanted the gumbo but they had run out so I opted for the chicken quesadilla instead. It was very good and filling. Service was fantastic! I'm not usually a hot chocolate fan, but this one wasn't too sweet. All in all, a great spot that's open late for coffee and drinks!

Thanks to fellow Yelp Elite friend Ray N for introducing me to this cafe! I never would have known about this place had he not suggested to go! Thanks also to owner Jin and his staff for the warm & friendly hospitality. This cafe is so modern & welcoming; with a homey feel! We met and chatted with a few fellow customers while we were there. (Shout-out to Justin, Christine and little cutie Miles!) What a pleasure to be there! The Early Bird Cafe is small but don't let the size fool you. They have an array of offerings: - Coffees/Lattes (hot & cold) - Teas (hot & cold) - Milk Teas - Fruit Slushies - Fruit & Yogurt Smoothies - A nice variety of pastries (ask them th heat it up for extra goodness!) - A unique menu of hot foods (see my menu photos). They offer an array of Chiabatta Sandwiches as well as regular sandwiches and Croissant sandwiches; all with tasty fresh ingredients. On this 1st visit, I had: - Hot Cafe Latte ($5.25): This hot & flavorful latte really hit the spot! It was served in a nice ceramic mug which somehow made it taste even better. lol - Fried Egg Sandwich with a side of potato chips ($10.95): It usually comes with 2 fried eggs but we added an extra egg. It also came with arugula, tomatoes, melted Swiss cheese, with a delicious garlic aioli sauce; all on a fresh Chiabatta roll. This egg sandwich was plentiful and stacked with such fresh ingredients! It was delicious and so satisfying. I could only finish half, and took the other half to go. I ate the other half about 4 hours later and it held up pretty well; still fresh & delicious! Recommended! Their food menu has so many great choices! I look forward to a return visit to try their other menus items, as well as their other coffee items! Like I mentioned, this is definitely a hidden Gem! There are also a seemingly endless list of options to pick from, which quite frankly is both exciting and overwhelming. I wish there was a "sampler" option to get a couple ounces of 4 or 5 different ones. The coffee itself is good and service was great, and the cafe vibes were solid. The only confusion is that you really have no idea how strong or not the taste is going to be of the item you're getting. Again with so many options of the coffee itself, and then the speciality drinks, I wasn't that positive what I was getting and although I avoid sweetness, a little bit of something would've been helpful to bring out the flavors of the coffee bean rather than just cream which is what I did (resulting in me having a pretty basic coffee that didn't taste that much different than any other ice coffee I've ever had). There's definitely so many cool options, but a little more clarity on how to properly order I think would've been helpful. Still, none the less a great spot to try out with new options to give you a years worth of visits to explore it all.
