My sister got S'mores Frappuccino but she asked for no coffee in her drink and 8 pumps of the marshmallow syrup. We get our drinks, and my sister's drink looks too dark for no coffee, I take a sip for her and let her know that it does have coffee, and so she goes and asks them to remake it because she asked for no coffee. The girl behind the counter was not nice or friendly about any of it, even when we had asked twice for no coffee in it, they remake it but completely ditch the marshmallow syrup and don't put any at all the second time. We got pretty upset and didn't bother to try asking them to remake it again. The store was clean and the ambiance was nice, but the service was not good or friendly at all. Not to mention we were the only customers so there was no reason for them to mess up the drink when it was fairly easy. Very disappointed.

Their coffee is always solid and the food is good for a coffee shop. My go-to drinks are the Smilin' Hawaiian or the caramel blondie. For food, I love their breakfast BAE (bacon, avocado, egg) sandwich on the jalapeño cheddar bagel, so good! Just make sure they've got ripe avocados because that makes all the difference

We've tried multiple dishes and have not been disappointed. My kids love the chips and salsa compared to most other Mexican restaurants. The service is always quick and friendly. Everyone pretty much knows our orders at this point. We're always greeted immediately by the hosts, and our waiter/waitress not long after. They are always happy to talk and catch up. The quality has decreased, the rice is often hard. Last night we decided to give it another go hoping for a better (old time) experience. I ordered a smothered burrito- and received a flat tortilla smothered with a little amount of beans on the inside . There were a total of 2 chunks of pork on the outside of the plate and zero pork on the inside of my burrito. My husband also ordered a smothered burrito and received a bean and cheese burrito half ass smothered. My son didn't get a side of beans he ordered and the waitress didn't give us a chance to order drinks. Their prices have doubled since our last visit as well. I paid $15 for a burrito smothered in chili verde sauce without the protein. I'm highly disappointed and it was unanimous this restaurant is no longer what it once was, we will unfortunately not be back.
