Rolled ice cream is made by flattening an ultra-thin layer of ice cream out and then rolling it up. See the videos I posted if you've never experienced it. The flavors of rolled ice cream that I tried are ube and blueberry. The blueberry had a blueberry puree on top. The ube was served with whipped cream and toasted coconut. Delightful. I only wish that I had a double espresso to go with it. The flavors of rolled ice cream that are most popular here, so far, are: 1.) Birthday Cake 2.) Strawberry Cheesecake, and 3.) Cookies and cream The team here was also passionate about the ube flavor. We also tried the strawberry yogurt shake, which was delicious. BTW, someone ordered a croffle and it smelled like a buttery breakfast. It is a croissant pressed into a waffle form. We *needed* to get one to share.
