Would leave zero if I could. I actually had a free slurpee the guy was saying I have to change the location I don't. I use at at all the locations over the valley. I was trying to ask can I just get my free big gulp then and pay for my slurpee and he wouldn't allow me. He was being rude and condescending over a slurpee which I had no issues paying for. I don't know why I couldn't purchase it. He just wouldn't allow me too. It's back behind the counter melting. I've been very sick and it's disheartening to not be able to buy a slurpee I went out to get my wallet to try again to purchase it and still wouldn't let me. Maybe he wanted a slurpee. Just went down to centennial where they didn't mind me using my coupon again no problem paying. read more

By far the worse 7-eleven you'd can ever go to!! I been a regular for over 7 months now (new to the area), and I'll never come back. I don't know if it's the color of my skin or my age, but to be judged and treated ways (service wise) is not ok. I'm a 2x business owner!!! (HVAC and home health care) Management is horrible and needs to be replaced (Emily). I been trying to file a complaint now for 2 months. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! read more

Prices are marked incorrectly, and EVERYTHING has to shut down for the employee to go check the pricing. Budweiser is clearly listed at 17.99 for an 18 pack, rings up at 19.99, and we never even got to the "$3 off Budweiser 18-30 pack", because it is a huge inconvenient process and we decided to just go across the street instead. We get that 7-11 is more expensive, but you don't need to be dishonest and douchey about it. #Be a better scumbag read more

Inside was a disaster there was no cups for Slurpees or even lids that we had to use big gulp cups. Counters were nasty with trash and spills everywhere. Slurpee's said they were done but they seemed to be not completely done mixing because they were syrupy. Didn't buy any food or snacks just wanted something cold to drink. Suggest getting help because one worker had the place a disaster. read more

7-Eleven - a car parked in front of a convenience store - Convenience Stores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

It's just a filthy 7-Eleven to be on such a nice clean side of town. The floor look like it hadn't been mopped in days none of the Slurpee machines, work cups and lids everywhere I mean it's just dirty 8:30 at night. Very poor customer service. No eye contact no verbal communication. Hi welcome to 7-Eleven bye have a nice night nothing. read more

Free slurpee day but the machines either didn't work or would make a huge mess. No thanks

I'm a regular here in the mornings. I stopped by the other night and forgot my debit card. I returned two days later and asked if by chance I left it and I did, they had it. In today's world, and especially this time of year, getting your debit card back is rare. It says a lot about the employees's integrity. read more

7-Eleven - Convenience Stores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I still love this seven eleven oh thank heaven... They seem to can't keep my favorite cookies on the shelf in the store. The manager says he will reorder but OMG they so good I cant keep my little self out this store. They also have a key game inside I'm addicted to it. (Sad But True) lol I've taken a few pictures and I guess I need help...with my addiction. If I happen to find any change I'm keeping it just for my trip to seven eleven. I cant explain why I love this location so much. I can't tell u what kind of cookies I get at this location yall may try to be funny and go here and buy all my dang cookies. So its top Secret! Ok I will tell yall what kind of chips I eat...nope I don't trust yall...like that...Yet. LMAO Maybe when I'm tried of eating the cookies and chips I will say what kind they are. Until then just know I'm happy with this location. The hot dogs are good. So are the lil roll up thingies they are always hot and good. I really enjoy the large cups of Ice. You guys know I'm a sucker for large cups of Ice :) read more

Was there this morning around 7am. Attendant walked away from the counter while it was my turn and didn't even say anything. Came back and argued when I asked him why he walked away. He said I'm done with you. He doesn't even know me. It's 7eleven I get it but customers like me keep you in business so the least you can do is train your employees on customer service. BAD SERVICE. read more

The two brothers who work at this location are simply amazing! They are always so happy/upbeat and they have tremendous customer service skills. Plus, every time they are working, the store is clean and well stocked too! read more

Its 7-11. There is nothing good nor bad about this location but it is the closest to my house. They have the typical assortment of quick convenience items and I have never had a bad run in with the staff. So, i'll continue to visit this location. read more

Great place for snacks on the go and to get a refreshing drink or IC of many good flavors. Try your luck with a scratch off ticket or Powerball. I like the customer service and the store is always clean and organized. read more

It's rare you can find a place where you can always count on fresh coffee, friendly smiles, and great service. This 7-11 hands down is the best & I will travel out of my way to come here! Legacy, the graveyard clerk is ALWAYS happy, always a smile, always there! She's now a part of my morning routine & I've grown to appreciate her daily "good morning". She is constantly checking the coffee, always making sure everyone is happy & satisfied! Thanks for having such an amazing & great person working here. read more

It's 7-Eleven, so it gets a great deal of respect for that. However, it's not one of the better 7-Eleven stores. Once corporate sold it, it became a young person's "hipster" store. Very unprofessional, dirty, and too many "young punks" hanging around. Still, they have all the terrific 7-Eleven stuff you'd expect, so I can't complain TOO much. read more

So I know that it is totally weird to write another review about a 7-ELEVEN !! But I needed to make sure that Mary Bell gets some love too. She is so pleasant and remembers my name everytime I come in she also always remembers my order or what i want every single time! She has even taken the time to introduce me to something new that she like I would like. I think who ever hired the staff at this location should hire for all 7-ELEVEN. Because in my opinion he or she knows what he is doing. So thank you.. I'll see you all at 7-Eleven tomorrow Thanks for letting me have that little smile everyday!! read more

This location provides all that one expect from a 7-Eleven. I have been in and out of here at different times of the day, and for the most part found those on the other side of the counter to semi friendly. 7-Eleven seems to be at the higher end of convenience stores, which is why I don't stop in on any regular basis. The parking lot is tight and with the prices being cheaper in the immediate area, I will always seek another option unless it is convenient for me. read more

I can't believe this store's new refill policy. If you bring in a Big Gulp cup to refill a Slurpee, they charge you for the Big Gulp then add an additional charge for the Slurpee refill. That's $3.08 for a refill. They are F**king Crazy. Trying to save the environment by refilling a cup rather than throwing it away. They are very greedy. Don't shop here go to the next location!!! read more

No gas, but everything else. What more do I say, redbox is there, by Retro Bakery, Fresh and Easy, Walgreens. What more do you need? 7-11 has it down. Not cheap though, dollar store blows them out on some items. Slurpee station is killer, get one! read more

This 7-Eleven has so much stuff to choose from inside. If you need a charger for your phone or even batteries. If your hungry or thirsty this seven eleven has it all. It's nice to know that you don't always have to go to a big box store in order to get the things you need. read more

It has been bugging me that employees would actually say that a man should a woman in place. First of all mind your own business. Me and my friends conversation would have nothing to do with employees that work there and have a sharp tongue. I've been here a couple of times and this hasn't happened before so I'm saying it now because it's rude to actually tell a customer that a woman should be put in place by a man. They have no right to say that also by adding, "so she continues because she's not listening." Please stop with this if you're doing it with other women. It brings women down to the level where we always listen to men. read more

Not going there again bad customer service clerk behind the counter acts like she just woke up or she is on something, and I feel that unless you are a party person you will be ignored. The guy that works there is cool though but not going back because of the girls attitude. read more

I purchased a defective item and attempted to return it less than an hour later with the original receipt. The manager refused to issue a refund and chose to lecture me instead. I haven't been back to this store since. Apparently, all sales are final with a receipt too. read more

Dropped by to buy a lotto ticket but was told this is Nevada.....oops?! All good though......

Really disappointed in the Manager of this 7-11. So my 14 year old son and 13 year old nephew rode their bikes to this store to purchase my 2 year old son a couple of suckers and get me and themselves a drink. I told them they could choose a treat as well so as kids do they were looking around before making their final decision. They got two suckers and a Gatorade took it up front and bought it. Left the store to go to Dairy Queen then came back to 7-11 to get their candy and be on their way back home. As the boys were looking around the manager walks up to them and asks if they are going to buy anything. The boys responded not at this moment. We are still looking and told her they were trying to cool off before making their purchase and ride bikes home. The manger said to them she suggested they leave and told them they don't pay for her air conditioning bill!!!! REALLY?!! How old are you again? Do you even pay for the air conditioning bill? These kids were doing nothing wrong and they've purchased from you already. I called and talked to this lady and she said they looked suspicious and next time should leave his bag at the front. As a manger I think profiling is wrong and if you think they were going to steal then do you job and keep an eye on them. Also my son is not leaving his little drawstring backpack with his money at the front of the store so you can feel more comfortable! Why do you label kids as thieves? Why can kids not get the same respect as adults that are aloud to have a purse or whatever the choose to carry?? So my boys were told to leave and didn't get to buy candy before they got kicked out. I for one will never go to this store again and I will be spreading this around. Children should not be labeled. They should be able to go into a store, look around and learn to be adults with their own money without being labeled. People like this make it impossible for kids to have a chance to do that. So long 7-11. We will take out business somewhere else and my educated well behaved boys that are going to be amazing people when they grow up learned a valuable lesson today. Never judge people because they just might surprise you. read more

This store is the hugest sh*t show. The employees act like it's one big socialization party, and customers are the big annoying part of the job. I wonder who the manager is. Some of the employees are professional but half of them are bizarrely unprofessional. Again, this store is missing a qualified professional manager; the employees run wild. It's unlike any corner store I've ever been too. read more

We love coming here. What makes this place stand out is the customer service provided by the staff that makes the customers feel good...adults and children. To helping each other out to a small chit chat while waiting in line. We love this store! read more
