It is in an old gas station, with no signage that states Moonflower so, you can likely miss it. It seems like they are trying to make continuous improvements. Since it is an old gas station the bathrooms are on the outside and you need a key to access them. The have been remodeled and are very clean. I elected to sweeten it with simple syrup and had it Americano. My husband opted for a vanilla latte with oat milk and while we've stopped at several places so far, this is the best latte we've had on our roadtrip. They make all of their syrups in house and the coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cafe is small and quaint. It does open up into a larger building with additional seating. Customer service was on point, and we even joked about the different types of Matcha and how some places use a ton of fillers and sugar.
