All of the other 7-11's I frequent have single use restrooms, so my natural response was to use the other restroom. I opened the door and quickly realized it was not a single use bathroom and shut the door immediately. Within seconds of that happening, I was approached by an Indian lady with long brown hair who asked me if I could read and essentially accused me of being some sort of creep. I can almost guarantee that I was not the only person that was in desperate need of a restroom and opened that door. I frequent the Keller establishment and have had to use the women's restroom several times as the men's always seem to be either out of order or have people camping out for several minutes. The lady appeared to be management and judging by the way I was approached and treated in front of other customers, she has no business being a manager. I worked at a 7-11 for several years and always treated everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy. A simple sign would've prevented me from even opening the door. It was an innocent mistake on my part, but due to this interaction, I will never return to this location which is unfortunate as I usually spend a good amount of money there filling up my work vehicle and grabbing snacks and drinks for the day. I understand her need to voice her concern, but I don't expect to be treated like some sort of creeper or talked to with the amount of disrespect that I was. This is also not the first time. The lady clearly hates her job and needs to find a new one. I've been willing to overlook her rudeness in the past due to the proximity of the location to one of my job sites. NEVER AGAIN. Due to this lady not being able to have civil interactions with people that are providing her paycheck, they will never receive another penny of my money. I will drive whatever distance I to to avoid this location altogether. I will be attaching a photo of myself in the women's restroom of the Keller Parkway/Smithfield location. It's a place that I'm always treated well and made to feel like a valued customer. I told the manager I just got done using the women's restroom and left it in pristine condition. She smiled, laughed and said no problem because I bring them a lot of business and always treated them with respect. I'm an ideal customer. Even if I just need to use the restroom, I always buy something and since I work outside in the heat in a work vehicle, I spend a lot of money. Those people work really hard and aren't always treated well, but I'm still always greeted with a smile and they know me by name. Hopefully the Trophy Club employee's attitude catches up with her and she loses her job. She doesn't deserve it and is not cut out for retail. She needs a job that involves zero human interaction. I'm not a vindictive person, but I hope she ends up in a warehouse making minimum wage so her frown and bad attitude can hopefully go unnoticed. Rant over.

How to shop at Central Market? Make a list otherwise it's so easy to pick up so many extras. This…read morereview is about my favorites at Central Market. I am here for the produce, mostly! Everything is fresh and in abundance. They have these cherry tomatoes called "Flavor Bombs" and are so good and sweet. Plus all the fresh herbs are amazing. Sometimes I shop here just for the produce. You can take a shortcut through the doorway into self-service coffee, nuts, candy and spices or continue to Seafood and Meats. My favorite in seafood is the Lobster in the tank and only when it's a special occasion And in the meat area, I like their pork chops, ground pork, and large hamburger patties. In the middle store I like their olive oils, with so many choices but my favorite is the Central Market Sicilian flavor. Now for the cheese and dairy my go to butter is the La Gall French Butter, so good. We like their fresh baked breads especially the Sour Dough and Naan. Near Checkout you will beautiful flowers that are fresh with so many choices. Until next visit!!! Shop Central Market!

This is my go-to grocery store for just about everything. They consistently have what I need, and…read morethe quality of their produce and meat is exceptional. The freshness and selection always exceed expectations. Coming from New England, I'm extremely picky about seafood, and this is the only place in the area where I'll buy it. That says a lot about their quality and standards. Crowds can be intense on Saturdays and Sundays, especially around the produce and meat sections. It feels like being packed in with sardines (lol pun), but that's just a sign of how popular the store is. If you prefer a calmer shopping experience, I recommend going on weekdays or in the evenings. The staff is friendly and helpful. Once, while I was debating how a seasonal product might taste, an employee overheard me and offered to open a box so I could sample it. I was honestly surprised to learn that they'll open almost anything for you to try. I declined and bought it anyway, but that level of service really impressed me. I also love how Central Market leans into the seasons. Their themed décor changes throughout the year, adding charm and warmth from the entrance to the back of the store. One Christmas, a violinist was performing near the seafood counter. Shopping for dinner while listening to live holiday music was such a special touch and exactly the kind of experience that makes this place stand out. The only reason I'm deducting a star is for the restrooms near the wine and beer section. On the very rare occasion I've had to use them, they've been filthy and unpleasantly odorous. For a store that takes such pride in presentation and quality, the bathrooms fall short of their otherwise excellent standards. Despite that, Central Market remains one of my favorite grocery destinations; a place that truly elevates the everyday shopping experience.

When I stopped at 1612 hours I was accosted by the foulest crotchety old woman who must have a candy house in the woods with an oven big enough for a couple of children. I asked a few questions about how to use a gift card that was given to me and her head opened and the sounds from the bowels of a place below us came out and growled don't you know what is on it. You have to tell me what is on it before you can use it to buy fuel. It was a gift card, so I had no idea what was on it. So I ran screaming into the night, it wasn't really night. But who says runs into the mid afternoon? So off I ran to the safety of my vehicle and the multitudes of persons to protect me in case she needed to fill that oven. I found a safe place to fuel my vehicle down the road where the employees were very friendly. So I bought a cookie and a brownie. And neither tasted like a Girl Scout or her younger sister the brownie. So think twice about the time you visit this location for fuel or corn nuts or a slurpee.

Anyway, I had one more stop to make on the way home, at the Home Depot in close proximity to this 7-Eleven. After leaving Home Depot I was parched. I spied this 7-Eleven and decided to get a cool, sweet, adult beverage. There was a great selection of flavored malt beverages in the the really big cans, so I picked two out that sounded good (Twisted Tea and some sort of non-Mike's hard lemonade). As I was paying the clerk behind the counter said both of these are pretty good and there's also a Twisted Half & Half that is tea and lemonade. "Sounds good!" I say and make a mental note of this for next time. Lastly I ask if there is a cup I can have, and maybe some ice, expecting to pay for it of course. Not only is the cup and ice gratis, but I can even take a BIG cup, full of ice, so I can sip my beverages incognito. Thanks 7-Eleven!
