It's small thing from gas station owner's perspective but I had to scramble to find other location in hurry. It's just not well maintained. When this store opened in July 2019, they were giving away free coffee each day for several days during their grand opening celebration weeks. The self-serve chill zone (fountain drinks & freezes) and coffee bar (any size (store cups only) is 99 cents plus tax) offers several varieties of coffee (I like the Farmhouse Blend and my choice of flavored creamers too), usually fresh brewed often throughout the day. This store also offers sandwiches, subs, salads, pizza, fresh baked goods, hot munchies (rollers), cold drinks and beer in the cooler, frozen foods, ice cream, gelato, snacks, candy, newspapers, magazines, lottery tickets, smokes, and other miscellaneous items. There are self-serve touchscreen checkout terminals (accepts cash, credit & debit cards) in addition to the full service checkout line. I always use the-self serve checkout option to pay for my coffee for zero interaction with the staff. There is also a small outdoor seating on the patio on the west side of the building, but it's closed off now. They told me no, and when I asked if the gas station had a camera they told me no. But I'm sure every gas station you go to is equipped with cameras. So I told them that I had called and one of their employee told me they didn't have any. Really suspicious. Then they also told me that someone will check into the surveillance camera on the day I was there pumping gas and would get back to me in a 48-72 hours. I said okay. A week goes by nobody has gotten in touch with me. So I decided to reach out again and they told me the same thing that they'll escalate it to management and someone will get in touch with me within 3-5 business days. I said okay. Another week goes by no one still hasn't reach out to me and now I'm getting very upset. So I called and reach out to someone again and ask them what's taking so long for someone to contact me because now its been almost a month since someone gotten in touch with me. So I asked if I should go there in person and as soon as I said that they got back to me right away. So they were reviewing the camera and once they got to the date I was there. They claim there were no footage of me from the time I was there but there was a clip from an hour after I was there. Very fishy!! And also said they only have motion sensor and that the camera didn't show the last pump I was at. So after all this. I don't think I'll ever bring my business here or to any bjs wholesale store after this experience. I don't want make a huge deal even though I was sad because my whole life was pretty much in that wallet.
