Had complaints and remade drinks myself too. It is the way it was handled on the phone as someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years , it was very disrespectful. Your going back and forth with me while I share my experience doesn't change that, I know water is in tea that's uncalled for , that doesn't mean this one isn't watery, every barista has rushed and not steeped tea long enough once I wasn't even mad .
