This Stripes station has 20 pumps and they also have diesel. Inside, there's a little Taqueria that serves tacos, burritos, and some other platters. The best part is they actually have dining area in the store. The store is big, clean, and the clerk was friendly. However the Taqueria was very disappointing. The only reason I stopped by here in the first place was because I was hungry and I wanted something quick and cheap. Well, guess what? There's a big sign outside that says, "Chicken Fajita Tacos 2/$3." Sweet!! That's exactly what I needed. Well, I placed my order and I told the lady that I wanted the special. And she was all like, "okay, you want to tacos?" And I keep telling her that I wanted the chicken fajita taco special. I even tried telling her that I wanted tacos del pollo or however you say it in Spanish. She was all, okay!! And proceeded to grab a couple of tortillas and went straight to the beans. I knocked on the glass and said, "no beans please" and she ignored me and started scooping beans. So, I yelled, 'NO BEANS PLEASE!" She looked up, smiled, and spread the beans on the tortilla! I was like, WTF?!?!?!?! So I told her, "I said, NO BEANS!" And she was all like, 'oh? you don't like beans? Beans come with taco" At this point, I was facepalming myself. Anyway, she grabbed another fresh tortilla and proceeded to tell me that they didn't have potatoes so she's going to give me bacon instead. At this point, I told her that I wanted chicken. And she was like, "yes, but no potatoes, only bacon, okay?" So I thought that the taco would come with potatoes or whatever. So she put eggs and bacon and proceeded to make me BREAKFAST TACOS! I was all like, I wanted CHICKEN! And at this point, she was all, "No. This is breakfast taco" Well, NO SH!T SHERLOCK! At this point I just grabbed the tacos and proceeded to the cashier to pay. I like this place and its always fun to check out the Variety of Snacks! So many items! We typically come for the Tacos! My favorite is the Barbacoa with spicy potatoes! Quite oily but Good! Lol..my kids like the Q Tacos! Always beans in Tacos! If you dont get them there must be something wrong with you! Lol. The ladies at Cashier box greated us with friendly hellos! I would suggest getting here prior to the morning rush if you're looking for some delicious tacos right before they're about to switch to lunch. I bought a chocolate pudding cup one night and half way through eating it my boyfriend ended up having to unlodge and hook a pudding dispensary out of my throat.i had a idea that is what it was from the looks of it. And it was verified the next 2 days by three different employees. Obviously as anyone would be I went in there livid .I asked for the mngr on duty "Tommy".and he acted like he had no clue what it was and asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to get another one. Now why would he ask if I wanted a refund if he had doubts that it came from his kitchen? How would a GM not know what something they use everyday is? so I went in the store for the next two nights and 3 different employees knew exactly what it was without hesitation.i plan on taking further measures so this dosent happen to a child which it very easily could have seeing what the item is. I don't know how someone as himself climbed up to become a GM seeing he could care less about his customers. He should be ashamed of himself. I live directly across the street from this store. literally in waking distance.2 of my neighbors won't walk foot in this store because of issues themselves and nothing being done about them with this very same mgr.i don't care if it was a dire emergency...I would WALK anywhere else rather than step foot in that store ever again! FRAUD SCAM FRAUD-BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. So I go there to get a car wash - I pay $10.00 for the premium car wash and there was a car in front of me at the car wash getting his car wash done. So after the first car leaves I get the green light and pull up. All of the sudden the signaling lights go out and nothing is happening at all - No forward reverse stop etc lights to tell you if your car is in the right position. So I wait a few minutes to see if anything comes back so I can get my car wash. After about 5 minutes I decide to go into the store to notify them and get a refund for the car wash. So for starters there are about 3 people looking for a cashier and nobody is behind the counter - Great customer service -. By the way this is at about 5:15 pm - exactly the time people get off of work and you would probably have multiple people to help you. Then finally someone Trey - who looks like he has the intelligence of an amoeba comes after about 2 minutes - nice. I proceed to tell him I just paid for the car wash and nothing happened and I need a refund. He Proceeds to tell me he cannot give me a refund without a receipt and the car wash is broke and is coned off - I said no it is not I just drove into it and did not get a receipt. I simply stated you do not need a receipt - you can verify the funds deposited from the card and a time stamp I showed him my card and ID- He was implying I just made this up and was trying to scam him out of $10 - nice customer service. As a business owner I am fully aware that you have to know and be able to look up and verify any and all credit transactions processed with a date and time stamp period -In every case no exceptions 100% - you are required by law and by all merchant companies. After completely refusing to give the refund I again ask for a manager - He then tells me he is the manager - Good move whoever picked him - and then tells my I can come in tomorrow and talk to the other manager - Sorry Not Gonna happen - BTW they always have multiple pumps down vacuum and tire machines often eat your money and car wash even when it works leaves a lot of dirt but I was crunched for time. Also a friend of mine just informed me he FILLED UP HERE AND NEEDED MAJOR ENGINE WORK DUE TO WATER IN THE GAS - SO IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO DEFRAUDED AND HAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WASTED THE THIS MIGHT BE THE PLACE FOR YOU - IF NOT - STAY AWAY DON'T SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED. read more
