The menu includes pour-overs, espresso beverages, cold brew, teas, and a limited selection of light bites like toast and pastries. Their coffee is proudly sourced from Maiden Coffee Roasters, a local roastery in Central Jersey. I've tried a good mix of their menu, so I have a solid sense of which items are hits and which are misses, based on my personal taste. HITS: *Hot Latte with flavored syrup [~$6] - These are some of the best lattes I've ever had! The espresso is aromatic, bold, and full of flavor. The steamed milk is silky and velvety with that signature frothy layer. And the ratio of espresso to milk? ON POINT! The flavored syrups enhance the coffee without overpowering it. I've tried the strawberry (fruity notes), lavender (floral notes), and caramel (toasty & buttery notes). One of my pet peeves is lattes that are *WAY* TOO SWEET. That's definitely not the case here! The cake was delicious, but not something groundbreaking. I know this is a brutal review, but I think it's important that the business makes some attempt going forward to clarify marketing directives and try to appeal to a newer audience instead of living within the same time period and not changing with the times.
