My friend has been picking up bread weekly for over two months, and not once has her pre-order been ready when she arrived. On one occasion, she had to wait about 30 minutes for an order that had already been placed ahead of time. She also specifically requested that her bread not be sliced, but it was sliced anyway. To make matters worse, despite being a regular customer for months, they still don't seem to recognize her or provide the consistency you'd expect from a local business. It genuinely breaks my heart because I want to see small businesses succeed, and that's why I recommended them in the first place. But reliable service and attention to customer requests are just as important as having good bread. I hope they can improve their ordering process and customer service because they have the potential to do much better.
