This is our go to 7 eleven. The owners are hands down the nicest in town. It is a big name with a mum and pop style. This place is well stocked in all snacking needs. They have really cheap food deals all the time. Today they made my daughter smile by introducing her to Slurpees. She is now a huge fan. Very clean 7-11 -- Very positive employees; my go to 7-11 considering I live in north Fontana. I went in for my wife as she's addicted to their coffee (their decaf) while pregnant and they were out, they truly stuck to their word of making a fresh batch on demand, whereas the 7-11 on Cherry refused to do so. So I use to come here often and I would take my motorcycle to this location. I would get off my bike and keep my helmet on while I purchased my snacks and drinks. Then one day the usual cashiers at the counter were not there and this lady was working the front. I place my Arizona tea and wait for my total to purchase. She demanded i remove my helmet before she even did anything. I am not going to be putting my health at risk and remove my protection as I do not even ride with a mask under my helmet. I ask her for my total and she uses an angry tone with me and her eye brows tense. She once again tells me to remove my helmet and i just leave my drink on the counter. Service was terrible the guy was on the phone the whole time. Went to us we'd our rewards and it would not work so instead of helping us he points to a sign. i walked to make 2 icee and 1 machine was stuck so i dnt break handle i asked for help, female ignored then i asked again she looked i asked does the machine work she said yes, did not ask what is the problem. then walked away. i went to the husband at front for help told him his wife was rude. he did not apologize she walked to help then she came out.with a towel my icee then ran over lid. she then proceeded to clean ignoring me still. i said i didn't ask for that. she said then what rude again. the handle does not move she said you want me to do it for you. yes why cant you i already tried why do think i asked you. she had to jerk the handle i said i was trying not to break your machine...i then asked the man at the front is that your wife ignored me... i said you both are rude even though he did help no problem....wife was straight prejudice.....and rude for no reason....ndt spend much money in there store....in a multi culture community... read more

If I could i would give them zero stars. I usually at least once a Day because they are closest to me but they are always extremely rude. Well I wanted some FRESH wings and they refused to make any saying they "were made an hour ago, they're fresh" but I could clearly see they were not fresh so the cashier gave me an attitude because I didn't want to buy the nasty looking ones on display, I went back in a couple days later to talk to the manager and he got mad I wanted to make a complaint and told me not to come back. They don't care about customers and are dirty! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! All the workers that I've encountered there are very friendly but recently they got this Hindu guy working the night shift, doesn't smile, doesn't greet you, he sold us ices that were supposed to be buy one get one free both at regular price even though I reminded him they're bogo, didn't wanna help when I told him the iced coffee was out, he's so unfriendly.
