Dear 7-Eleven Customer Service,
I am writing to complain regarding an extremely concerning incident that occurred at one of your store locations involving my 11-year-old grandson.
This morning June 25 my grandson was overheated and he entered your store to purchase water. While in the store he became nauseated and vomited on the floor near the back of your store.
He told the attendant what happen and Instead of receiving assistance or basic compassion, the morning store attendant told this visibly ill child that he had to clean up the mess himself. Which he did as best as a sick 11 year old could. This is completely unacceptable and disturbing on multiple levels.
My grandson was clearly suffering from heat exhaustion and your clerk should have been more empathetic.
Maybe asked if he was ok and told him not to worry. But instead he was told that he had to clean it up. Doing this shows a lack of humanity but potentially violates health and safety protocols.
This behavior is deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about staff training, customer care policies, and the treatment of minors in distress at your store.
I urge you to investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate and corrective action to ensure such a situation never happens again.
Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
Sincerely,
Alba Arza.
