This is the most disgusting gas station I've ever been to. The bathroom floor was soaked in urine. The toilet looked like it's never been cleaned. The sink was dirty and to top it all off the bathroom didn't have a lock. I'd rather get a UTI than ever step foot in here again. read more

Signs on every pump say "PAY AT THE PUMP" in large letters and "or prepay inside" in smaller letters under it. It wouldn't take my card, so I tried a different pump, it also wouldn't take any card. When I went in to ask if there was a problem, I was yelled at that it was PRE PAY INSIDE ONLY and to shut up. I explained to him that didn't say that on the pump, and he lost it. he screamed that it didn't say "pay at the pump", said I was lying, and threatened violence. Called me a Karen for telling him something that is plainly written on their pump is contradicting him. I confirmed again when I left that it clearly says it on EVERY SINGLE PUMP. The store is run by a nice individuals however they are not Americans and they don't speak English. This makes finding my tobacco products very difficult. I think 7-Eleven should make all employees go to the Academy of 7-Eleven a little bit longer to ensure that they learn all the proper names of tobacco companies. It's not that damn hard tell the difference between Copenhagen andSchool or why in the world do they know every cigarette brand but they don't know any chewing tobacco branch? The man at the counter wouldn't accept a passport. My partners ID snapped in half so while we're waiting for the replacement, he's been using his passport. 12/11 The clerk is passively friendly, but 3 times now I have walked in there (pictures attached) and while yes it is early morning and yes they do have to stock sometime, I am tired of them having huge crates and garbage bags put right in the middle of the floor in the way of what I have to get to, and they act like I'm not even there (2 employees) when I come in until I'm at the check out. Here's a clue - stop ignoring customers. We ARE your livelihood. I'm not saying you have to worship me but stop making it hard for me to get to things to buy, and be more considerate and pick up your damn room like you had to do when you were a kid. There is plenty of floor space or other was to put this stuff without slamming it in the middle of the floor or aisle in the way. Try a little. Use your brain. Update 12/12 This morning I decided to return to see if things would change daily. The trash was not in the aisle this morning, but a stack of product tray was still in the main aisle right where customers would have to step over it AND worse than that, the shorter of the 2 employees who was stocking yesterday ended up checking me out, but not before he saw and I mentioned to him I was on my way to check out, and he promptly ignored me and started moving coffee pots around (he wasn't already doing that when I mentioned I was ready to check out. In addition, he didn't have a nametag on, and he didn't smile, and he had a filthy 7-11 shirt on, and didn't offer me a bag or my receipt, I had to ask for both. While I was there filling up on gas I go inside to buy my smokes and I see one of the employees aggressively pushing a young man out of the store. I'm not sure what the young man did but besides his attitude he didn't look to be doing any harm. Cops should have been there asap to escort the boy out. read more

The sugar free sprite is pretty good. And free on 7/11 is even better. This is something to remember every year so mark your calendar for next year. The store was pretty much a mess because of the flurry of kids trying to load up on free Slurpee. I won't hold that against them. There was a young lady with a mop trying feverishly to keep up with the stead stream of them. Convenient to Cherry Creek HS and an easy on and off from 225 if ya need a slurpee fix or one of them rolled back and forth hot dogs. read more

It's a clean 7-11, and has DVDs and gift/game cards available for sale, not like many other 7-11's I've seen. The architecture looks different than the typical one too, I think it's the rooftop. Looks...larger. As you are leaving MicroCenter plaza, it's on your right on the drive out (conversely, if you're coming INTO MicroCenter plaza, it'll be immediately on your left). This place has the worst customer service. Shallah is the name of the senior manager that was extremely rude to multiple customers in my 5 minutes in the store. I try to avoid writing negative reviews but this location has the WORST service! My boyfriend went in to buy a nicotine product and presented his ID. I told the man I did not have mine so decided to step out of the store since he could not sell to me without proof of ID, he still refused to sell to my boyfriend! I then went back to my hotel so I was completely not present in the store and he told my boyfriend, no she must bring her ID. The worst part is, I am of legal age to purchase so I wasn't even trying to cause trouble. He was also rude to the other employee working at the time who was trying to clock out. Try to avoid coming here and if you do make a visit, try to avoid this guy. Threatened to call the police even though there was no illegal activity going on, lol. Always one to treat customer service employees very kindly but this guy was rude from the jump. read more

The gas prices, the wonderful staff, the awesome people inside make the best out of these Conoco locations. It's fast and easy service, with minimal long lines and no hassle, indeed.
