I went into this store this morning to pick up food from Laredo Taco Company and was completely disgusted by the conditions. The kitchen and food preparation area were visibly dirty. I asked to use the women's restroom and was told no--that everyone uses the men's restroom instead. When the employee unlocked and opened the men's restroom, there was urine all over the floor and the toilet was full of feces. It was absolutely unsanitary. I told the employee that the restroom, the store, and the food area all needed to be cleaned. This place should not be serving food in these conditions. Do not order food from here. read more

This 7-11 is extremely clean and looks very new on the inside and out. There is also a restaurant inside named Laredo Taco Company that looked very promising compared to most food options inside of other gas stations- I did not try the food during my stop though. They also have a large selection of snack and drink options to choose from. Overall this location is not much different from other 7-11 locations, but it felt very clean, tidy, and the employees I interacted with were all very pleasant and in a great mood it seemed. They also offer a self serve cold brew coffee bar with different cold brew flavors on tap which I have not seen inside a gas station before. For gas, this location is large and has plenty of pumps making it an easier stop compared to other smaller gas stations- especially at higher traffic times. If i could give a negative -0 i would. What i just witnesses this morning. The way that manager was talking his employee is very frightening. I think he would hurt her. Im trying to contact the higher up, because this man should not be working there. I can imagine how he talk to customers. And he did not care cause i was hearing and witnessing this! In my humble opinion, this is a really nice 7-11. I say that as a frequenter of gas stations and conveniences stores alike. The gas station area has plenty of room for tons of cats so you don't have to worry about squeezing passed another car to get to a pump. The inside of the convince store is clean and well kept. I have had great experiences with the employees here as well. They are kind, friendly, and helpful. The selection of beverages and snacks are plentiful and there is even a little taco place inside called Laredo Taco Company. I have never tried any of the hot food but it always smells great! read more

There is always a problem with this place. The night clerk has a really nasty attitude and has no customer service. The celing tends to leak water when it rains so I would never buy anything perishable there. Save yourself the trouble and go the 7/11 in Sterling Road instead. read more

This is a low-end chain establishment. They're busy putting all the single proprietor, grocery stores open bodega at a business. I was never very happy with chains or with the people who work in them. This is no exception. read more

It's always something with this place. Long lines to checkout. Order a taco and they mess it up. Today I waited in a long line while one register was open. I walked out without my 3 tacos l. Well, the reviews when it first opened are correct. New, clean and full of promise! But unfortunately they've fallen into the black hole of not the best customer service. This is the closest and most affordable gas station near my house. At first it was nice. The car wash didn't work the first month or two it was opened, but no big deal. I only leave reviews for consistent service, not just for one offs. The staff is very apathetic. Very. I've come several times and several pumps were not working. Yes there are lots of other pumps but I have def had to re-park once a few times and once I had to re-park twice because the ones I chose were not working. It's happened a few times and I just go in and ask what pump I can use. They say I don't know, try it. They just never care. So now I drive further if I don't have time, just in case. Hopefully they hire some more enthusiastic team members or at least get someone that cares enough to put a sign on the pump the first time someone says it's not working. read more

Everytime i go here at night they always close early to do nothing until 5 am. Been doing this for months and nothing has been done about it because that's not 24 hours.
