1-Star Review Absolutely horrible customer service at the 7-Eleven located at 5495 Sepulveda. I visited around 8:30 PM on August 28, 2026, and the employee working was rude as fuck, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. His attitude was nasty and unnecessary, especially toward a paying customer. I don't care who you are or where you're from--if you work in customer service, learn how to speak to people with basic respect. Customers should not have to spend their money somewhere and be treated like they're bothering the employee just for walking in. Management seriously needs to address the way customers are being treated at this location. Do better, 7-Eleven. read more

I am issuing a better review for this location based on my last few 7-Now App orders. I want to give them 4-stars, but I also want to keep them humble. Lol My orders of late have actually been filled to completion. Items were fresh and had more than enough time before they expired (nothing has been years or even days expired recently). My last orders were during Super Bowl weekend. They had the best 53¢ sale. Individual paper towel rolls, Kit Kat bars, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, 20 oz. bottles of Coca-Cola or Pepsi, 4 packs of Advil, White Cheddar Popcorn, assorted varieties of chips, etc. -- all 53¢ each. I racked up! One of my delivery gents came up with 3 heavy bags. Oh, there was Gatorade, too! 53¢/each. I still have items from those deliveries. I had so many items, I shared them with a friend. Now, she is a proud 7-Eleven patron. I hope this location continues to improve upon the 7-Now deliveries and their overall customer service to not only their in-store customers, but their delivery customers, because there's no reason they shouldn't be making money hand over fist. read more

Today, an employee was completely out of line and refused to honor an advertised price, became combative, accusatory, and racist, they were completely in the wrong. Attention manager of this 7-Eleven I just left this store at 4pm and the two cashiers are the worse . Please run you video and then fire both of them on the spot . The young gentleman me told me to wait because he was texting and the young lady next to him had to finish her text before taking care of customers . I have never had such horrible experience. I love my neighborhood 7-Eleven. My daughter and I visit almost every morning after I drop her brothers off at school and before her school starts. Fidel, the store manager in the morning, clearly likes his customers and takes great pride in keeping the coffee carafes full and the store clean. I appreciate when a business like this recognizes and chats with the regular customers. Since it's close by, all of my kids stop in regularly. Sure 7-Eleven is a big chain of convenience stores, but this little shop is anything but an anonymous chain store. A new 7-Eleven opened nearby at Braddock and Sepulveda (closer to the schools and more convenient for a visit between school-drop offs). My daughter and I went there once, and even though it's closer and bigger, we agreed that OUR 7-Eleven at Berryman and Sepulveda was worth the few extra minutes' drive--particularly if Fidel is there. His daily greetings are a great way to start the day and remind me of my old Starbucks barista in Buffalo. read more

Lazy lazy guy behind the counter. He never once got up from his office chair that rolls around. I even got swishers which are on the bottom shelf behind boxes and he didn't get up. Instead he struggled to pull up entire boxes of swishers and huff and puff the whole way. Not to mention when I walked in he was CLIPPING HIS NAILS... pretty gross dude! Asian guy that works the night shift is extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me, "Get the f**ck out of here then" . I just came in to grab some ice coffee bottles and he's mopping around following telling me I can't walk certain paths. He followed me all the way to the back to "mop" while I'm grabbing the bottles and tells me to walk another way. I guess it's an inconvenience I'm there, so I decided to put the bottles down and take my business elsewhere and that's when he proceeded to insult me. That Chocolate Brotha that works in the afternoons/mid-day is handsome and attentive, all the employees provide good customer service. This place has good energy, I love the nerds slurpee, coconut/mango latte, and their all cheese pizza is the best. Overall always a good experience at this location. I do have to say that the parking situation is pretty bad the spots are tight, if you have an SUV like me forget it, other than that no complaints read more

The latino man that was mopping floors was in good spirits and didn't get upset as I tracked through the store in my wedges. I am super excited that they sell birthday cake slurpees here and watermelon drinks. I also badly want to buy the slurpee and doughnut flavored chapsticks on my next visit. But the man that mopped the floors also turned out to be the cashier. He was so nice and helpful and had a big smile that I had to write about it. So this is the quick stop spot after leaving a night out with friends, and late night snacking. However the past few times I have pointed out how filthy the candy rack is right infront of the register, also the layer of dirt outlining the inside of the beef jerky case. 3 times now and nothing has been done, when asked why, I was told that people dont really care and they are going to buy it anyway. Excuse me, but I am people and I care and i will not be spending a penny until it is cleaned. I wiped my hands off with a baby wipe after touching the tubes of candy with layers of dirt on them and told them again they should probably wipe it down so maybe I can patronize this location again. I visit this location often due to me working in the area, but today I had a bad experience. There is this young Hispanic lady named ESPERANZA who was quite rude to me. I approached the counter and stood there until she was done texting on her phone. Then all of a sudden this construction worker comes up and was talking on his phone and says "how much is this?" Esperanza rings him up. I said "Hey I was next!" She replied "oh he is in a rush." I replied "I am too, i'm on my lunch!" She did not say sorry. Esparanza needs more training in customer service. read more
