I was extremely extremely disappointed. I left my ink cartridge for refill. I paid for it when I…read morepicked it up. I didn't receive a receipt from the owner who was serving me. I tried it in my printer and it didn't print (there is nothing wrong with my printer, I had printed pages on it 2 days prior). I looked under the sticky label and there was no ink there. It had not been filled with ink. The owner who fills them knew there was no ink in it because the slip of paper that I had written my name on and left with the store, had the price written on it by the person who didn't fill the ink cartridge. The owner knew it was empty when he sold it to me, that's why I didn't get a receipt. I can't get my money back without a receipt, but I can talk about my bad experience at Queen's Variety or (Queen's Convenience as it is called now) on Social Media.

As our GPS was leading us down Queen st, I thought we were lost because it was tucked back off the street a bit. So pulling in and entering, I was not expecting to experience such a wonderful aroma from all the fresh baking of muffins, cookies, pies and etc. And the coffee was excellent and the atmosphere in the sitting area was very comfortable and warm. And the prices were very reasonable. The staff incredibly friendly and warm. We have visited here many times and our experience is the same as the first time we visited.
