CVS Pharmacy in general is not great but this one is different. Because it is located inside Target, it has been a high performing pharmacy for years. It was acquired and rebranded by CVS along the way with much of the good culture and customer service remaining. The phone tree menu kills me every time though. Please make it stop. Or at least give your regular customers who are unable to use the online app a by-pass code!!!! It feels so disrespectful of my time and energy to have to sit through it every time when YOU are requiring me to speak to a pharmacist and the phone bot is trying to keep me from doing so. One other thing that is a poor experience from CVS in general is receiving texts that I must pick up a certain recurring auto-refill by a certain date or the order will be cancelled while at the same time the pharmacy cannot fill another monthly med until the day after that date. Both are monthly, I take both daily, how does it continuously recur that they get out of sync and are on a different schedule?!? I should not have to come to the pharmacy more than 1x a month.
