We got there and were advised the wait would be 30-45min, 2hrs later we were finally sat. And it just got worse from there. After a 2hr wait, we expected to at least have a pleasant dining experience. We ended up waiting nearly 2hrs between ordering and waiting for our food and paying. 4hrs for a mediocre breakfast with poor service. But we decided we would give them another chance and this time try a to go order. We called and placed the order, we were told it would take 15min. We got there 20min later and were told the food would be ready in less than 5min, so we paid. After waiting for an additional 30min, I asked the girl at the front if she had any idea what was going on. When I tried to explain how long of a wait we had been experiencing, she turned her back on me and completely ignored me. After another 10min a manager finally came over and I told them what was going. I advised that if our food wasn't ready, that I wanted a refund. She went to check on the food, at this point it had been 1hr since our order, and it was still not ready. When I advised I wanted my refund now, I was instead given a random piece of carrott cake that I neither wanted nor asked for. I was asked "does this help at all?" In reference to the cake, I advised it didn't and I wanted the refund. The manager said nothing and just left. Finally after over an hour of waiting and a refused refund, we got our food. Incredibly, the order wasn't even correct. All around the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Terrible staff, terrible wait times, and mediocre food.

They made it quickly and it was every bit as tasty and well made as I would have expected from my favorite hipster coffee shop in my hometown. Highly recommended, fast and convenient. It is a trailer - so this is best used as a quick stop, and not as a sit-down coffee break. Also, it's on pavement - so if it's summer, maybe not best for kids or pets to stand with you while you wait.
