From the time I ordered to the time I got the coffee it took 20 seconds. How is this possible? I have a really nice espresso machine at home and there's no way I could be serving cappuccinos in 20 seconds. Regardless, the proof is in the taste which was absolutely terrible and the temperature which was lukewarm. It was like stale 7-Eleven coffee at best. Blech. Lame and unacceptable. One star.
