I paid for 8.964 gallons of premium gas, from this station, via debit card, I pressed yes for a receipt and the pump didn't provide one, I then went inside and told the Middle Eastern male, that the paper was out...he IMMEDIATELY got an attitude with me, saying " we don't put paper, get get receipt here"!! I understand that 7-Eleven's are franchised BUT, by USING 7-Eleven's logo, the store managers, NEED to be held, to standards!! With as much MONEY, as 7-Eleven's make off of customers...WHY, would they NOT KEEP PRINTING PAPER, IN THE MACHINES, AT THE PUMPS, it's apart of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! This 7-11 *used* to be great! Back in 2017-19 it was clean, nice, and well-stocked, with friendly staff. But something happened, and now it's a dingy pit of misery and meanness. Two standout experiences: I went there one night to get a drink and maybe one of their lemon hand pies (which are AMAZING, btw; they're at all 7-11s). I, a woman in her forties, arrived at around one a.m. on a weeknight in fall. When I walked in, I was stopped by an unfriendly cashier and told I needed to leave my purse at the counter--I was not allowed to carry it with me (I assume because of shoplifters). I was a bit offended, but more confused; I was the only customer in the store! If they suspected me of being a shoplifter, was it really going to be that hard to keep an eye on me? Not to mention, they didn't tell me I just couldn't carry my bag with me, they told me I HAD to leave it at the counter with them--that was "policy," they said (i.e. they didn't say I should go put it in my car or something, they just demanded that I hand it over). Uh...no. I left and went to the other 7-11 down the road at Bedford-Euless, which is smaller but way, way friendlier! The best one, though, was the July night when I went in to get my husband a Milky Way Midnight, which the other 7-11 doesn't stock. I grabbed one of those, a drink, and one or two other things, and went to the counter. The (rude, disheveled) man behind the counter tried to ring up the Milky Way. It didn't register. He tried again; he tried a few times, and each time got a flat, angry beep from the UPC reader. I offered to go grab another one, thinking maybe there was a problem with the wrapper on that one. He said okay, so I ran down the aisle to get another (at this point there were a couple of people in line behind me; I apologized to them, and they all gave me sympathetic, friendly looks and said it was okay, which I appreciated). Same problem: doesn't register. I told him the price; he stared at me blankly. I told him again, thinking he could manually enter the price. He replied, "You can't have." I said, "I'm sorry, what? I can't buy it?" He shrugged. "You cannot have." I said, "Okay, well...just these things, then." He rang them up, I paid, and--this is the best part--he picked up the Milky Ways, held them out to me, and told me to *go put them back on the shelf.* I stared at him for a moment. "I'm sorry?" "Go put it back. Back on shelf." I said, "You want me to go put these candy bars, that won't ring up and you won't let me buy, back on the shelf for you? Seriously?" I assumed--incorrectly--that when he heard me say it out loud like that, he would realize how ridiculous it was to not only ask me to do his job for him after he refused to manually enter the price or help me in any other way, but to re-shelve *an item that neither I nor anyone else could actually buy.* (I guess so he can secretly laugh at the next poor dope who foolishly assumes that an item on the shelf, in the original manufacturer's box and with a matching store price label, is available for purchase, rather than being part of the decor?) I heard a couple of snickers from behind me--they got it--but he did not. He just nodded and said, "Yes, you put back." I considered, for a moment, refusing. I thought, very briefly, about just laughing and walking away. But there were people behind me, who had been so patient and understanding, and I didn't want to chance him deciding to go re-stock the Mysterious Milky Ways No One Could Buy right then and there, thus leaving all those people waiting for his return. I would not have been surprised had he done so. So I went and put them back, shaking my head and rolling my eyes, and left, exchanging cheery, amused waves with my fellow sufferers--I mean customers. I've been back there once or twice since, when the *good* 7-11 at Brown Trail and Bedford-Euless has been out of lemon snack pies, so my choices are either Visit The 7-11th Level in Dante's Inferno, or go pie-less. Sometimes I go pie-less, since the pies, though delicious, are ridiculously high in calories and I watch my figure...but once or twice I have gone back there. I haven't had another experience quite like that last one, but I haven't had what I would call "pleasant" experiences, either. "Mediocre" is probably the best they can do. (I'm actually kind of relieved to see from the other reviews that I'm not the only one who's had issues there.) It is sad, though, because it used to be a really good, welcoming store. The one on Bedford-Euless isn't the nicest in terms of size, and they could do with mopping the floors more often, but they are light years ahead of this one when it comes to friendliness. This employee argued with me for approximately a full minute, until he denied the sale since I would not purchase it for $6.99, the photo shows the price of the camel snus, large frost, at a price of $5.68. Please avoid this 7-11 at all cost, if one of their prices are falsely advertised, I'm sure that there are many. read more

Decided to go in and get a drink at this location. Once I got to the counter and the cashier was quite rude and distant to me. Once I move to the side to put my change in my purse the cashier was very friendly to the gentleman behind me. I'm a very friendly person I don't understand why he was quite rude to me I don't know if it was because I was a woman or a minority like he was. I'm not sure what country he came from but if that's the way they treat women maybe they should stay indoors once living in the United States. I am actually black American though. I got home to enjoy my fountain drink and it had a very funny moldy aftertaste. I remember being in the store getting my drink saying that the fountain area where the drinks come out of was sort of filthy. I went at night after seven on a Monday night maybe I just got the wrong crew. But a very dirty store and very rude customer service don't go here if you can help it. read more

After having not purchasing from them for several months. Going back today after my craving for the wings reminded me why I don't go. The advertisment price for the wings 10pc is 6.49. Once they ring it up it come out as 8.00 NOT INCLUDING TAXES and taxes off .02 cent! What a rip off!!! I told the cashier about it he goes "Yea thats the price with taxes" WRONG!!! Then he goes "idk" then throws off the subject and talks about the credit card machine is acting up so swipe my card after i address was the price corrected and he said yes. LIES!
