For reference, downtown and Leander locations have always had very outgoing personalities as employees. Sometimes to the point of being over the top. So, this location stands out on its own. I can't quite pin it down but tried here. Even the South location off W Cannon employee vibes were more approachable, down to Earth, and if I had questions at least they didn't give me attitude as though I was inconveniencing them. Very basic service is all that is and should be expected at a grocery store. If more than two employees appear to be having bad days over spans of time apart from each other, makes one wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

I just pay with my usual bank rewards credit card. I like that they have free Senior service days like Thursday afternoon or whatever is posted on the small billboard. The trash cans are not overflowing and the pump handles are relatively clean. Their automatic car wash seems popular but I've only used it once. Normally they are $5 or $6.99 and today were just $1.99. snacks for the week! My little haul was $50.00, which isn't bad for clean eating that will last 5 to possibly 7 days. I did hear Sprouts is going to start carrying lab grown meat. Although I don't buy meat from any grocery store. This is sad and upsetting. Sprouts FARMERS Market. Key word being FARMER. I hope they reverse this "new" eating life style. Put more emphasis on the farmers. The world doesn't need more scientists! In my opinion.

Everything here is always fresh and the ingredients are healthier without sacrificing taste! (Their version of Takis are so good!) But even if not for the stuff they sell, it's the customer experience that keeps me coming back. From the greeting I get when walking in, to help when I'm walking through the store (they are always so accommodatingto stop what they're doing to help me find something. Brayzon, Stephanie and Cristina are some of the names i remember helping me), to the goodbye when leaving, it feels personal and warm. Love this place and will keep coming back.

So around 10:30 AM today (or so) apparently somebody went to the bathroom so horribly , and on…read morepurpose, put feces all over the walls and the floor and extended into the entry of the restaurant, hence the restroom was closed. I saw employees cleaning it, which I did not understand. This puts everybody that goes into that place in jeopardy as there are airborne illnesses that can happen as well as the employees getting sick, especially if there's a hole in their gloves or whatever they are using. The fact that the employee, and I personally only saw one that was Cleaning, was doing this and the supervisor allowed is disgusting. Apparently this has happened on multiple occasions as children from elementary schools have come in and done the same thing. I definitely would not recommend getting coffee or even walking into a facility that serves food that is allowing feces all over the place and the supervisors make their employees clean it. How a supervisor is fine with subjecting her employees to this and customers is disgraceful and harmful and needs to be held accountable. I feel terrible for the employees hit them I feel sick stepping foot in that place knowing they just allow this to happen and seeing what I saw today. I'll never step foot in there again and have been a customer many years.
