Instead of professionally explaining the policy, he became hostile and disrespectful. During the interaction, he called me the "B-word," made comments about his mother beating me up, and made threatening remarks toward me. There is no circumstance where a customer should be verbally abused or threatened by an employee. A simple policy explanation would have been sufficient. Instead, the situation escalated into behavior that was intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and concerned for my safety. I hope management reviews the security footage and takes appropriate action to ensure no other customer experiences this type of treatment.

We tried to enter the building, but all of the doors were locked. We watched as an employee put up a sign on each door that said they were closed due to lack of staff. Lack of staff? Or lack of motivation to work? Who does this? What if someone has a problem at one of the numerous pumps? And there are ZERO employees who can come into work? What were the two people doing in there that we saw? Anyway, we left. We didn't even bother giving them our business for the gas.
