Hey the people in this store yelled at me in another language calling me crazy because I used the bathroom, although there were no signs saying customers could not use the bathroom. They sell fake/counterfeit LaBubus to kids. My daughter went to the store because the kids at school said 7-11 had them. After opening the package it looked off and I researched and identify it as fake. The clerks refused to refund it, saying the manager only could and then refused to provide the number to call the owner. I went to the police station across the street and said nothing could be done, it's a civil matter. This locations 7-Eleven staff was very rude. They were very disrespectful. I went in and asked them about one of their signs about their deals, which was the three for three dollar taquitos. They proceeded to immediately covered it up with a piece of tape after I asked about the deal, so nobody else could get it. I believe that goes against 7-Eleven policy, because when you see ads at Safeway, they're not covering anything up. But this is a raunchy 7-Eleven that is doing things undercover. It's been many many years since I have been here. Decided to give them a shot again. Had many bad experiences here many years ago and stopped coming. I am sorry to say nothing has changed. Been in several times in the last week and every time it's the same. The employees are still just as rude and unfriendly as they were 7 years ago. Employees/Owner no longer wear masks and mask mandates are not being enforced, so some customers don't wear them either. When I asked why no one is wearing a mask the worker's response was "Do you want to get served or you want me to call the police on you for causing a disturbance". There was no other word to be had because she became very aggressive and loud. I find this very concerning and will avoid this location from now on. Do the bare minimum folks. Wear a freaking mask. Living borderline of Oakland & Alameda I do have quite a few options for 7/11 but always find myself coming here. They are stocked up 90% of the time on my wants/needs and the service is friendly & great. They had thawed pizzas out but I requested a solid frozen one and there was a bit of a line, the gentlemen helping had no problem going to the back to get one for me which was highly appreciated. Was in the area and decided to stop by this 7/11 for some Powerball tickets. Not usually a 7/11 customer, I guess most stores are cookie cutters with similar inventory offerings. I guess the ancillaries are what distinguishes store to store. This location is in a tiny strip mall that it shares with a laundromat. Sharing the parking lot with a busy laundromat - that seems to help bring in customers. 24 hours and no wait at the register when I came in. Convenient but might not have what you need. The interior of this space seemed very stuffy and small. Maybe low ceilings or a bunch of dryer vent fumes gave me this first impression. Maybe having just come from a newly built one in Livermore the day before had my expectations a bit high. Seems like there is lots less variety here - I couldn't find what I was looking for. Almost no wait at the register which was appreciated. These days waits at certain grocery stores have me avoiding them. Also near Jim's Coffee Shop, the library and a Goodwill. Looks like a great place to do laundry as there are things around to keep you occupied during the spin cycles. read more

Came here to grab some Slim Jims for my cousins: I grabbed 6, but as I was paying I realized I forgot to check the expiration date so I quickly looked and 5/6 of them expired 2 months ago. I went to grab new ones and those were also expired (a whole of expired ones were mixed with newly stocked ones). I used to work at GNC and although I don't know how they stock things here, but when things are expiring within the next couple months we put them on sale in a different section. I can only imagine food should be the same way; when I brought it up to the cashier's attention he was in denial and didn't even send someone over there to go through it. I've tried making it a habit to always check expiration dates especially because these are smaller items and can easily be missed, but there were more than a handful in there that were expired lol read more

This location is supposedly now making pizza, However not only did the night shift employee refuse to make one, he told me it's only available during the day.. So I went back today at 6pm and the employee refused to do it, When I asked "When exactly do they make the pizza" he responded only between 2-3 pm.... obviously he just didn't want to be bothered... This 7-11 location is smaller than most in this area, but they run a lot of good specials on big gulps and snacks. I always make this my go to spot whenever I attend a park street festival. Also, I've noticed that their coffee is usually very fresh, I've been to other convenience stores and bought old stale brew, but here there are no worries. read more

Always stocked with drinks I'm looking for. There's good bet that this location is amongst the safest as it's right across from alameda police station. Just maybe. The hot dogs could be fresher as every time I'm craving I take a look to see that perhaps the hotdogs have been sitting out for a long time. Looks dried up. The candy section could use a bigger variety. The location has Citibank ATM inside so it's convenient if you ever need to pull some cash out. I go to this place a lot yes call me a (fatty) lol but I go there with friends sometimes to buy a quick drink or a couple of snacks it's walking distance from my friends place and the place ain't bad. I wish there food was a lot better uncooked pizza isn't my thing but normally I don't get pizza or chicken. So this place is alright when your going in for something fast and out. If I could give no star at all, I would. I have been a steady customer of this 7/11 for nearly ten years. Tonight, the ATM in the store shorted me by $120. I immediately brought this to the attention of the clerk on duty, who assured me he would "check the camera," but then went back to ringing up other customers' purchases without taking any action. I waited a few more minutes before asking for help again, and he called another clerk, who pulled a crumpled $20 bill from inside the machine (and kept it, until I asked for it back). They both then told me that they had "nothing to do with the machine," and to call the customer service number on the machine. So far this was frustrating but I understood there was little they could do. While this was going on, I had told a couple of people that the ATM wasn't working properly, and asked both clerks several times if they would place an out-of-order sign on it. They instead referred me to their boss, who told me (again) that I should call the customer service number (duh). Eventually, and reluctantly, one of the clerks put a sign on the machine. Less than 15 minutes later, I drove by and they had removed the sign. I called the supervisor again, who told me a third time to call the customer service number, and asked "how I knew" the clerks had removed the sign instead of another customer (easy question...the clerks admitted removing it). Bottom line - this 7/11 is happy to accept their share of the fees from the ATM, to the extent that they will ignore obvious problems with the machine in order to keep people putting their cards in. They have zero motivation to provide any customer service whatsoever for the machine, even an out-of-order sign. My customer relationship with this store is over...when it counted, they could not have cared less about my problem and the likelihood that other customers would be ripped off by the ATM in their store.
