A pediatrician you can reach for any of your concerns. Not having to go through holds or call center or agree to pay a fee just to get through to doctors answering service for them not to even call you back. She's a doctor who will be there, she seems to truly care about her chosen profession. There's never much wait in her office, because she books patients apart so they all have the time they need. After each appointment we also receive a detail email about the visit and what to watch out for. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and constantly keeping up with most current treatments and solutions. I remember asking about different kind of flu shot at our former pediatric office, because my son's arm get really painful and swollen each time, but no other option was ever available. We walked in her office, told her his problem, she gave him a nasal spray vaccine, took 2 seconds, done. No reaction what so ever. She also really tries to help cut our cost, whenever she can, by offering information about any applicable reduced/free RX. I do feel an additional sense of security when I know dr Verma is my Children's doctor, she cares and makes time to see you kids when they are in need. Highly recommended.

The nurses did not know how to follow the vaccine routine made for kids which led to them giving wrong vaccines and neither the parents or any higher authorities were informed of the mistakes even after the manager found out about these incidents. In addition, some of the nurses fail to understand simple blood reports and make decisions based on them. Their negligence has caused many kids to get sick.

After weighing the options best for daughter I decided the week stay at Bristol-Myers would be better for her. I am so glad I made that decision. I can tell this hospital took time and planned how to best meet the needs of families who have to spend multiple nights. The food was great, the room spacious, private parent area with bed (not the most comfortable) but better than sleeping in a chair, teen room, video games in the room, kids can not only leave the area but the floor as well. The receptionist refused, saying he was only eligible for one day. When I asked to speak with Dr. Ruby, I was told she wasn't there and they "couldn't tell me" when she would be available. I was placed on hold and had to repeat the entire story to another staff member, only to feel questioned over a simple school note request. It took 15 minutes for something that should have been a quick phone call. As someone who works in a medical office, I cannot imagine treating patients this way. If you want to avoid unnecessary aggravation, I would reconsider going here.
