Surprised to find very decent sushi, albeit too heavy on the rice, in the heart of the country. Staff members are Dakota nice. Many have gone out of their way to make this occasional customer who shops here less than once a month feel welcome. Whenever work brings me here, this is my go to grocery to stock up my hotel kitchenette for the week.

(not to be aggressive, but my mom always puts an 's' on things when they AREN'T there, why is that such a mom thing?? lolll) The more I visit ALDI's, the more I like them. They're not a snobby, high end grocery stores by any means, and I love that. They sell a lot of the same things you can find at Target, Walmart or other, except for way better prices. I mean, this also means they are kind of random brands that no ones ever heard of, but they do the same thing for a lower price so I can't see why that would ever be a problem. Yes, ALDI doesn't have ALDI-eeze things (they don't have necessarily everything you might need in a store run, sorry I had to take that pun opportunity), of course, but this location in South Fargo has the most of a lot that I've seen. One of my favorite things to get here, randomly enough, is their protein powder. They have two simple flavors- vanilla and chocolate, but they're fantastically priced and taste really good post workouts, so if you're an active person I'd give them a try. Also, if you want to use a shopping cart when you go to ALDI, make sure you have a quarter on hand. I'll let you figure that out for yourself.
